No aftertaste and very effective

I had tried other versions of quercetin before but this one (phytosome) seems to be the best. Because they add a phospholipid, it seems to be more absorbable. I take 2 per day for allergies and there has been a noticeable difference. If I have any complaint, it's the cost--$18.95 for 30 pills.

Got it to help fight shingles. I'm only 37 so a little young for shingles but I didn't want harsh antivirals unless absolutely necessary so I did quercetin and zinc with vitamin c. Helped a lot as far as what the literature says should have been full case timeof 4 weeks. Im doing better in 2.

i was taking a different supplement that had Quercetin and i wanted to just buy quercetin without any other ingredient. price is good. Quercetin has been safely used in doses up to 1 gram daily for 12 weeks. It's not known if long-term use or higher doses are safe. this being 250 mg is 1/4 of that recommended dosage. I would use it agian whenever i need in near future.

Does what it is supposed to do

During the time, I ordered this it was to help me overcome the recovery from CV-19.

I bought this for sinus and allergy relief because homeopathy pills I have been taking increased the price. Net says Quercetin phytosome works better than just Quercetin for allergy and sinus plus it also works for joint pain, etc (sounds good for lot of issues) but nope, it does not work for anything. I mean NOTHING. I used homeopathic nasal spray on top of this pill because my stuffed nose never cleared, even felt worse but still not helping much. The recommendation of this pill is just 1 capsule daily. I doubled the dose but not only the sinus but also I got bad fatigue. This bottle contains only 30 pills. So it might be good the idea to see if your body likes Quercetin Phytosome or not but absolutely not for me. I go back to homeopathy pill and nasal spray because this combo works 10 times better.
