Works well
So far it's doing what it should, very good sound quality, price was ok, heavier than I expected, volume very high, but has ajustable buttons, seem strong.

Great headset, but watch out for mic hum on the version with the status LED
Headset seems well made and feels rather solid. It is comfortable on the ears and sounds good. Controller thing is rather heavy, but it comes with a clip that you can attach to your shirt which removes any pull on the headset. Mic is nice and sensitive and clear BUT it has a hum. I tried the headset on 2 laptops and the hum problem was present on both. Another Jabra headset that I have on the same laptops does not have a hum. The hum is in the outgoing sound which I have proven by my making a recording with the mic and the recorded audio has a hum. Too bad. Returned the headset. Don't want to be "that guy" with the hummy mic. UPDATE: I think the hum may have been caused the the inline status LED. Possibly some bad design choice? I tested it by buying a version of this headset without the status LED and it does NOT have a hum! I also discovered that this headset supports "sidetone" which is when you can hear your voice in the headset. This is not the wonky, delayed feedback you get when you select "Listen to this device" in the Windows settings, but realtime audio. I like that feature and decided to keep this version of the headset. CONS: Don't buy this headset for a great music listening experience. You'll need to spend more for that. But it is fine for office work, voices and Dragon Naturally speaking which is what I use it for. Has all the features I need for work at an affordable price.

Good Sound Quality, Not as Comfortable as They Could Be
I bought these for home office use. As such, they're intended to be worn up to 8 hours at a time. The sound quality is very good, but I found the earpieces too small. Within a week I had replaced the ones that came with the unit, to take care of the pain I was experiencing after lengthy use. Fortunately that didn't involve a great deal of extra expense. Still, given how tightly the headset fits, more of a full earcup design would have been more practical (I di accept part of the blame for having assumed that the earpads would have better padding). Other than the size of the default earpads, I have no complaints concerning the headset. The microphone is well-positioned, and no callers have complained about not hearing me clearly. At my end the sound is consistently clear (I work with an Avaya phone system, and with this headset I rarely have to raise the volume above 40%). In general I would recommend the headset as a good affordable one for work purposes. Prospective buyers just need to keep in mind their general head sizes, or at least the size of their ears. I don't exactly have a giant head OR Dumbo ears, but the unit wasn't ideal for me without some (inexpensive) modification.

Great headset for work from home jobs or call center work
I really enjoyed how comfortable these are. The noise cancellation only goes so far since it’s only one earpiece, but the sounds come through clear and it’s plug and play so your pc will most likely detect it and automatically use it as your primary mic and speaker.

NOT truly Skype/Teams compatible. Not worth more than ten bucks.
Ugh. Where do I begin? I guess: basically, this headset is garbage. Otherwise, let's start with Teams/Skype for Business. I've been working from home since (April, 2020?), for an organization with around 40k employees. From the start of my working there in November, 2019, Skype for Business calls were commonplace, since my work team is distributed among several different states. I was given a pretty basic Plantronics headset when I started, and it was great until it crapped out a couple of weeks ago. Since it takes some time to get internal approval to issue a new headset, I jumped on Amazon and looked specifically for headsets that would work with Teams (we're transitioning from Skype to Teams)--because I knew I could get something delivered within a couple of days. I feel now that this company found the perfect legal language in their product description on Amazon. It says that it can be used with Teams, which is technically true. But the headset is not truly compatible with Teams or Skype. The inline mute button works from an actual hardware perspective, but it has absolutely zero effect on one's muted/unmuted status in Teams or Skype. The call button does absolutely nothing... But the light flashes nonstop, which is effing annoying. Pro: the volume buttons do correctly interface with your actual Windows volume, when the headset is set as the default audio device. Otherwise: --The sound from the earpiece is... passable --BUT: several colleagues have told me that when I speak, I sound like I'm "in a tunnel" or "far away" --AND: randomly on Skype/Teams calls, people can't hear me at all --AND: I was on a WebEx call with a vendor this morning, and no one could hear me--I had to have WebEx call my phone to communicate with anyone. Bottom line: the advertising seems to be legal but misleading. I'll probably keep this thing as a backup, but for that purpose, I'd advise anyone to just run to the closest Wal Mart and grab whatever cheapest option they have on hand.

Had these over a year
I've had these over a year and they work great. I've used them for a few important conference calls, and they didn't disappoint.

I think I created a monster. My Mom(82) recently moved into my house, I didn't know she loved go sing with the songs on YouTube , so I needed some sound cancelling headphone and she insisted on a mic so she can sing with the songs. She can sit in her room for hours entertained singing along. Thank god for these headphones.. oh did I mention how great they sound! comfy on the Ears, even with earings on, and you just the usb in and its ready to go with a easy reach control on the cord. I'd say that's a win in my House
