Yes, I would recommend this.
I have been taking Prevegen for about 3 years. Prior to use, I was having issues with concentration, as in I would be reading a book and would read the same paragraph several times or just kind of space out for a bit then look back to the book. I was also having the usual post menopausal "cant remember the name for that" issues. Since using Prevegen I feel much more like myself and can read to my hearts content, even remembering what I read!

Prevagen trial
Just like thousands of others, I am trying Prevagen. Just finished 90 days - not sure of any effect but willing to keep trying for a while (despite the expense).

For me, it really helps, but I wish the cost was a bit lower.
I've had memory issues for several years, and I have tried several supplements, with limited benefit. This has been the best that I have found so far. I found that 1 1/2 tablets a day, really does improve my memory. Since I plan on taking this for a long time, I wish the cost was a bit lower.
