This grip tape is a game changer on my pole! It sticks perfectly to the pole. It stretches perfectly to get a tight grip around the pole and it IS very durable! When wrapped tight around the pole, it maybe covered a 2ft area. Thus, I will buy more! It helps get a glue tight grip and the tape stays put! Its been 2 months and ive got no complaints besides, I need more to cover my entire pole! Great value for the money. Ive tried so many other things to help with grip, this tape is definitely #1!

The tape seems to work extremely well. Good grip it doesn’t work like normal tape not sticky but it sticks to its self so no sticky residue. I will say that one ten foot roll only covered four dumbbell. Two sets… I just got it and put it on so I can’t speak to longevity.

Great stuff if you have old iron weights that are hard on your hands, they make a big difference in the grip. Only hope is seeing how long they last.

If you have old (hard, slippery) grips on your clubs or if the grips are worn, this tape will provide an easy to use restoration to softer, much stickier and cleaner looking grips for a fraction of a new set. I have been using this for several years now and it works great. Just wrap the tape around your existing grip (single layer or barber pole), stretching it so it won't stretch in use, and tie the ends down with electrical tape. Sometimes I just wrap the middle of the grip where the wear is. If you don't do it right or it stretches in use, you can just peel off the electrical tape and the handle tape and put it back on right.

This is an excellent product. I have a Buck 119 Special Hunting Knife with a phenolic handle. Never did like the handle because I never felt I had a solid grip when it was wet with blood, water, whatever. I wondered if this grip tape would solve the problem and how well it would grip the phenolic handle. I am very happy with the end result. Next time somebody tells me to get a grip, I can say, "a tad bit slow, aren't you?"

Needed grip tape for dips/pull-up bars.. Pros: - very comfortable! - look/feel nice! (soft, comfortable, non-slip grip!) Cons: - barely enough to cover a set of handles for dips - not durable (blistering, small tears after first use) ..Maybe, I could buy another roll and double-wrap the handles? ..Or search for a more durable solution.. Definitely, - don't use with any kind of weight hooks/straps (for pull-up bars) - or rest ANY gym equipment (pulley attachments/handles, ropes, or barbell collars, etc.) on the dip handles ..and take off any gym gloves for callous/wrist support (use wrist wraps instead). Basically, non-calloused, soft, angel, baby flesh - to tape - only,.. I guess?..

This does not have adhesive but sticks to it self. Installation can be a bit tricky and expensive but the grip it gives is just awesome. Completely worth the money

Excellent tape, feels like it isn't there but gives you lots of grip. The doesn't go too far and it's really expensive though so you need to plan out how you're going to use it.

Used it in my gym. works great. went through my first roll way to quick then realized if you really stretch it, it goes way farther. I bought this a while ago and paid $35. I see price has almost double. Too Bad. Going to try another brand.
