is this pate or chopped or ???

The pate is pate, no chunks in it. The regular Tiki Cat AD is shredded meat in broth with chunks of organ meat.

Are the pate's a smooth consistency or are they gritty with ground up bones ? my cats have sensitive gums

Hi! Our pates will have a pate consistency, and only our Rabbit formula will contain ground bones in them. If you are looking for a softer consistency, we recommend our Velvet Mousse which is our softest food that is easy for a cat to lick up, without needing to chew.

This food sounds great, I'm just wondering if its great for cats with kidney issues? I read lots of livers aren't good.
