Are those universal keys?? Or the cut are different ?? On my office everyone has the same desks and a set of keys open all the desks !

every lock has 2 keys, but package has different 2 lock , so do not worry other keys can open all the desk

Drawer won’t open after new lock installed. How do I go about getting it open?

you may have installed the mechanism in the wrong position and forced the internal lock mechanism into the lock position. you may need to force the key to rotate to change the internal position of the locking mechanism. do this carefully because if you use too much force you could break the key. try both clockwise and counterclockwise movements.

Quality is not good

The quality of this drawer lock is a bit low. I’ve installed one of these now and it’s just not a smooth experience. Locking and unlocking feels like a challenge. I have a feeling that this might break soon. However It gets the job done for the time being.
