Bakery emulsion
I love love there emulsions . I have several of them and they never disappoint. I love how they don't bake out like extract do and they add the perfect flavors without being bitter or medicine tasting.

One of the best flavoring emulsions I have ever used.
I used the orange flavoring for a wedding cake that I made. I used half vanilla extract and half of the orange to equal the amount of extract the recipe called for in the cake. And then I added it to taste to the buttercream. It was absolutely amazing in Julia Child's French butter buttercream. It was so light and natural tasting I can't wait to use it in any other recipe that I can think of. The lemon was also delicious and added a special lemon nuance when paired with a fresh zest baked into lemon cake. The raspberry is slightly less natural tasting but if used in small amounts has a delicate berry flavor.

Taste is intense, but needs to be mixed with a sweetner.
I like the emulsifyed flavorings, a lot! The taste is strong, but not sweet. Only use one teaspoon, at first. I'm thinking of trying to mix various flavors with honey, and trying that on a morning bagel! My order was incomplete. I was missing two flavors. One cap broke, the seal too, and there was goop inside the box. I tried to buy replacement caps on Amazon, but couldn't find any. I had bought dropper/caps for 4 ounce bottles, but they do not fit these bottles! You'd think the sizes would be standardized, by now? But, nooooo!

Not for cold drinks
Emulsions are for baking and NOT for cold drinks and smoothies. Probably would be a five star if they actually SAID that. A real waste of money otherwise

Strong flavours. Love the cookie butter and maples. Bought this set for the cheekcake. Like the pumpkin spice too. Tossed the red velvet because of the colouring.

Taste is either non existant or absolutely horrendous. Do not recommend unfortunately.
