Does anyone know the exact specs of the mop head length and depth or width?

Dear customer, Hi, the mop head measures 41cm/16.14in in length and 15cm/5.9in in width. It covers a large area when you mop the floor, and easily reach to the tight areas and clean under furniture. Hope this helps.

will the mop head lock in place to clean a ceiling or will it flop around?

No the mop head does not lock. It spins 180° in each direction before stopping against a part of the mop. It is still one h--- of a mop!

How do you clean the mop heads?

I do not like to put the products I use for clean in the washing machine, so when I finish mopping I just rub it with a little soap I let it dry and it is ready for when I need it

The pads are firm but not floppy. Once attached to the map map they are firm and cannot be bent.
