This thing is awesome. FYI remember It’s an elastic band not a rope, so you should not try to run away from it while it’s tied to a stationary location. It will snap. The most you should do is set it up. Then Do quick movements in any direction away from the starting point and hold once you feel the tension pulling you back. That’s the workout to focus on specific muscle groups. For example I use this with my youth soccer team and they will move away from the starting point as far as they can until they feel the elastic tension and then they will do a ball touch drill with their feet. Helps with balance strength and core development. Also because of the elastic it should work great while in water like another reviewer had suggested because in water you’re not able to over power the elastic strength of the band by pressing off the ground to make it snap. Has been working well but the only issue was the waist strap broke after the second use of it.

This is the second set we received. The first had a broken clip on the waist band harness. We returned it and got a new one. The new one has a broken clip on the shoulder harness, right out of the box.

Great for workout. Only thing is that it could be a little bit longer.

I bought this for a couple reasons. The main one being to see if it could assist me in doing ground (straight, no incline) push-ups. IT DID!! I put on both harnesses it came with to have two points of contact and looped the bungee through my ceiling hook where my aerial silks already use. I did ten push-ups easy peazy. It's affordable, comes with two harnesses (vest and waist), a storage/carry bag, a hand bar, and the bungee, as described. I highly recommend! I wish the vest harness had more ways to adjust for snugness, but I won't take any points away for that.

Amazing to use as a cheaper option product is mason but the clips seem cheaply made and did not last long especially since I was mainly using for kids and not adults

This harness was Easy to strap on and off for quick athlete turns. So far looks very durable hoping it last a few years. The resistance rope is more of medium grade not heavy but it does the job. Not a bad price for also getting a belt strap.

El material es bueno, sirve para lo que se vende. Solo que al transportar todo el día el material de un lado para otro, me eran ya demasiados bultos y la acabé devolviendo. Pero es perfecto para entrenamiento.
