I've used ACV for many years for digestion and general well being, I believe ACV containing the mother is of great benifit to our gut. This is one of the best tasting brands i've tried. Its made in UK, organic and from a small business. I've tried the other varieties but the turmeric one is by far my favorite. I like to take in the morning and after a large meal, it definitely reduces bloating and helps with post crashes. Good value for money and support small UK business, highly recommend.

If drinking this, as I do, first tip some into a Kilner bottle (nightmare to pour out of this plastic bottle daily - goes everywhere), and add 25-30 mls to a pint glass, 15-20mls lemon juice, and then water, and it really is great. I like the flavour, a lot, something about it - it's a hard sell, it's vinegar after all, but it really does help me to digest food. Lesens difficulties I have with acid indigestion too, which seems odd given you're tipping in acid. Anyway, I use it for that sort of thing - if you're using it for dressings, and other stuff - I don't know, but I like drinking it, so it must be good when used in other things. Good to better regulate blood sugar - so I've been informed - there is evidence to indicate this, however may just be anecdotal. Oh, did a nice cocktail with it, The Upstater Ingredients 2 oz. bourbon 3/4 oz. apple cider vinegar 1 oz. maple syrup 1 piece crystallized ginger for garnish This was lovely! Anyway, do what you want with it - I've even got a friend that uses it to dissolve skin tags, and other peculiar skin anomalies, verrucas too, however, I'm not recommending such things here, though there are lots of things to suggest it's quite versatile! There are much healthier ways to use this stuff, and I've given two nice options - ignore the skin bit!

Don't bother looking for anything else. This is the best ACV available. Ordered a second bottle immediately. Absolutely brilliant and tasty. Also beautifully packed.... Great job.

I take a tablespoon I a glass of water before meals—especially before anything high in carbs—and I genuinely feel it’s helped with managing my blood sugar levels. The taste is surprisingly pleasant for an apple cider vinegar. It’s smooth, not overly harsh, and doesn’t leave that intense after-burn that some others do. I’ve also noticed improvements in my digestion—less bloating, and my gut just feels more balanced overall. I really appreciate that it’s organic, raw, and unpasteurised, so you’re getting all the good stuff from the live cultures. The only downside is the price. It’s quite expensive for a 500ml bottle, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. That said, if you’re looking for a high-quality ACV that actually tastes good and delivers results, this is definitely worth trying.

This is a great product. I use to take B, ACV which is also good but thought I’d switch up a bit and my body really loves the switch. The seller has taken great care in packaging and securing this product. It’s wrapped with care the same way tge ACV is caring for my body, truly love it!! Only wish it came in 32 ounce bottles.

This is much better tasting than the other brand I used to get. Not so bitter and acidic! Packaged really well. Good price for the size. Will purchase again

I've tried others and they are not palatable to drink. I can happily have this mixed with sparkling water. It's also great in salad dressing and in general cooking
