I’m really impressed with this water flosser! It’s easy to use, has different pressure settings and comes with several useful attachments for different needs. It leaves my teeth feeling much cleaner than regular floss alone, and my gums feel healthier too. I also love that it comes with a handy travel case, which makes it perfect for taking on trips. Great quality, powerful, and definitely worth the money!

Really pleased with this water flosser. It’s easy to use, cleans my teeth and gums well, and leaves my mouth feeling fresh. The battery lasts a long time, and the water tank is a good size. Great value for the price.

UPDATE: November 2025 - Unfortunately the tube that sucks water up from the tank became blackened with mould or something bacterial inside. This is despite regular cleaning using mild detergent in the tank. Photos show the worst and after flushing through with vinegar solution (leaving vinegar solution for 30 mins before flushing through with plain water). It is a real shame because using this water flosser has made a positive impact on the health of my gums. It would be good if the tube could be removed and changed.After further research it seems this is a common problem with all water flossers. The seller advised regular flushing through with white vinegar solution. I will continue to use it because it has helped so much, but I have orderd 10 litres of white vinegar for regular flushing! (Below is my iniitial early review). Well, I can't say I find it a very pleasant experience, but I am very pleased with the results. I use it after meals (just with plain water from the tap) to remove any food debris. It is certainly effective. You can alter the settings for a slower or stronger water flow, so it is worth testing it. I remove the water tank after every use so that it can air dry. There are buttons to release the tank and to release the nozzle (which I also leave to air dry). It clicks back into place when positioned properly. I usually fill the tank when it is removed and only use the little hatch in the tank to top up the water if it runs out before I think I've finished. I tend to use either the little gum brush nozzle or the plain pointy one, which has a stronger water flow. There is also a toothbrush nozzle. The water tank is made of the kind of plastic that might crack if dropped, so I take care not to drop it. Caution required when using at full speed - be very careful not to aim it beneath your tongue, because I accidentally did this when I first tried it and caused a bruise in the soft tissue under my tongue. It soon healed, but best to avoid doing it. Now I consciously keep my tongue down when using this on the inside of my teeth. There was a bit of blood when I first started using it, but this happens when there is a need for a deep clean around gumline, so at least I knew it was working (and it solved that problem as the bleeding has stopped). All in all I am very pleased with its performance and use it every day after food and before brushing my teeth. I have increased from 4 to 5 stars because now I don't think I want to be without it - has improved the cleaning of my teeth after eating and has done a better job than the interdental brushes you can buy.

I have bought two of these. The first was in February 2025. On December 2025 it just stopped working. You press the buttons and nothing happens. I opened it and didn't see anything wrong with the board and the batteries were good. I was happy with it, so I decided to purchase it again. The second order was placed on second of December 2025. Now it's February 2026 and the second one also stopped working. Pressing the button for strength works but the start stop button doesn't work every time any more. The worst thing was that I put it to charge and in the middle of the night it started by itself. I needed to press the stop button more than 10 times until it decided to stop. I don't have the box any more, so it will just go for recycling. Otherwise it's very good to clean between your teeth but I want something that is also reliable and especially something that will not switch on by itself.

If you're thinking about one of these buy this one. The customer support is excellent. This works well as an inter dental flosser. It doesn't replace using inter dental brushes but supplements their use. Really good for cleaning the gum line. The various levels of power are helpful for selecting what works for you. As others say it can take a few turns to get used to the amount of water in your mouth. A few dribbles the first time of use. Best to swallow regularly or stop, spit out and start again. Charge lasts a good time, 6 weeks on first charge. The reservoir contains enough water to do my whole mouth on high power. Very useful to have the case. Great to have the different attachments. Couple of minor points: The power and mode buttons can be accidentally caught when cleaning your teeth as you move around. The unit is quite large to hold, definitely not tooth brush size. Only negative being the device leaks slowly from the base of the reservoir. It's not cracked but appears to be a bad sealing of the joint in the plastic. At first we thought it was leaking from the fill cap but realised it's from the base and is now too late to return. Originally rated 3 stars due to this. Updated to 5 stars as the customer support has been excellent. I got in contact through their support email channel, see warranty sheet, as Amazon's time period had expired. Their responsiveness and offer to fix my issue was brilliant. I have no concerns recommending this product as support will help you out if you have issues.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting to be this impressed with a water flosser at this price point. It arrived well packaged with 6 different jet tips, a travel pouch and a USB charging cable – basically everything you need straight out of the box. It looks really smart, with a clean white finish and chrome accents, and the see-through 300ml reservoir is genuinely handy because you can tell at a glance how much water you have left. The 6 pressure modes cover pretty much every need, from a thorough clean to something much gentler around sensitive gums, and the 360° rotating nozzle is a real bonus for reaching those awkward spots at the back of your mouth that regular floss never quite gets to. Battery life is another strong point – a single charge lasts up to 35 days of daily use, so you barely notice it even needs charging. The IPX7 waterproof rating means you can use it freely over the sink or in the shower without any worries. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a more complete clean, particularly if you have braces, implants or bridgework. It's now a firm part of my morning routine and I honestly wouldn't go back to flossing the old way.

This is the first water flosser I've owned so I don't really have anything to compare it against. I have to say that I'm glad I bought it though. I use it directly after brushing with an electric toothbrush and it almost always manages to dislodge small bits that the brush has missed that I just wouldn't know were there. I've never tried the string floss or those little harp things as I just don't see how they'd reach the places that this thing does. The reservoir holds enough water to do half a mouth so it only needs one refill halfway through. It comes with several different ends but I've only really found the need for one. It's relatively bulky so those with smaller hands might find it a little more difficult to handle but it's pretty light so shouldn't be an issue. The top part can be rotated to point the end in whichever direction is most comfortable. Tip: Don't point it at your front teeth while looking in the mirror 'cos it'll go everywhere! I've dropped a star off it because the location of the button to select the different pressures is just annoying. If I can accidentally press it, then it's in the wrong place. I don't really see a need to have it that accessible anyway. You just select a pressure that you're happy with and leave it at that. Why would you want to constantly change it? Unfortunately, this is what you have to do because just holding it, wiping it down, or putting it away in its case results in you accidentally changing the intensity. The little thing inside the tank that's supposed to allow you to use it at any angle, doesn't really work either but that's not so much of an issue; I don't really need to hold it upside down. The only other thing I could say against it is that there is no indication of how much charge is left. You don't really get any warning that it's about to run out. It just stops. All that being said, I'd still recommend it. I'm certain that it's leaving my teeth cleaner than they would be with brushing alone. *Update* The battery indicator does flash red when it's low on charge but as it only does that while it's switched on, you just can't see it. I just bung it on charge once a week regardless now. Still recommended

This is the best water flosser I have ever used, it’s so easy to use, the water pressure it’s unbelievable good, there are lots of pressure type, I normally use the lower and the medium one. Besides this there are lots of different head and all of them for a different usage, all of them are great and easy to add to the flosser. The water compartment it’s in a great size, I just need to add the water once and it will be enough to deep cleaning my teeth. By the way, the flosser it’s fantastic to deep cleaning tooth, even after brushing my teeth, when I use the flosser there is always some dirty that was left behind and the flosser take it all away. The battery is of a great quality, I have been using the flosser everyday and since I bought, I have only charged once. The flosser came with I little bag which it makes easy for traveling. Overall, I love and think it is very worth, I would definitely recommend.
