What is difference between this crazy cart and the crazy cart dxl?

Crazy cart is red & black and has posts for the front wheels. The DLX is black has wheels in the front and you have to install the steering wheel when you take out of box.

will this work on gravel roads?

No, wouldn’t recommend it for gravel.
