I got this case July 15,2020 and it’s STILL going strong. It does have a nice battery life even being on your phone.The only things I dislike are how long it takes to charge the case on or off the phone and how thick it is, it is sorta heavy but I got used to it. But overall I’m happy with my purchase and I’d definitely recommend, it does it’s job which is why I got it.

What a bunch of crap. This does not work at all on an iPhone 11!!! There’s no such official model called “iPhone 11.XR” — it sounds like a mix-up between two different iPhones: • iPhone XR: Released in 2018, it was part of the iPhone X series. It has a 6.1-inch LCD display, single rear camera, and came in multiple bright colors. It was positioned as a more affordable alternative to the iPhone XS. • iPhone 11: Released in 2019, it replaced the XR as Apple’s base model. It also has a 6.1-inch display but added a second rear camera (ultrawide), improved performance, and better battery life.

The battery integrated into the lining of the cell phone works wonderfully. It is light and does not make the phone look so thick, it also charges quickly and keeps the energy for quite a long time. I like that I can use the cell phone normally without extra cables. It is very practical for trips or when I spend a lot of time away from home. Totally recommended if you are looking for comfort and durability.

Great product! Came in handy whenever. Although i’ve only had mine for about a month or 2 and it doesn’t work anymore, i’m not sure what happened. The lights still come on, on the back of the case but it doesn’t charge my phone.

So, I have bought this battery case several times. When it works, it works well. It's a sturdy case that will completely recharge a dead phone to full charge and bonus it does protect your phone (although I would suggest you have a screen saver). The only reason why I give it four stars - I have found it is hit or miss on whether it actually works. Out of 5 battery cases I've ordered (not all at the same time), 3 didn't work. BUT, GOOD NEWS, when you contact customer service, they are GREAT about replacing the nonworking ones. So, for that reason, I would definitely buy again and would recommend them to my friends. The one I have now I've had for about a year and it worked great until I dropped it into bathwater. Dang it. So, time to order another one.

Bought this item in August and it stopped working by January. I like this battery case power supply even though it made my phone feel heavy and clunky. I didn’t mind the heft to my phone as the battery charger was good and felt solid. Loved knowing that i could just push the button on the back to get a quick recharge/boost. Imagine my disappointment when I work up this morning to see that the case will no longer charge correctly. Same charging cable will charge my phone if plugged in directly, but not the case. Hoping I can get this rectified.

The silver prone is too easy to break off when removing the phone from the case.

** update** : purchase may 23rd stopped working on June 16th!! Not worth it. This is how it looks so there’s clearly no damage. I have no idea why it stopped working. Honestly it could be better. I’ve tried charging the case separately and it still never seems to get fully charged. It’ll charge my phone from like 50 percent to 60 then die every single time. A bit annoying, but useful if it’s only 1% and I need it at 10% other than that don’t count on this case to fully charge your phone.

For the price of it I would say it’s ok but I am lucky if I get a full charge from it. Time will tell if other reviews are true in regards to the full think breaking or the charger point coming loose

Having fitted and used this battery case on my iPhone XR for a couple of weeks now I would have to say that it appears to be doing what it was intended to do which is to provide additional power plus protection to my phone. Fitting the case is straightforward enough, it slides on and the charging port on your phone lines up with the inbuilt Lightning connector which connects your phone to the battery case. Charging of the phone and the battery case are then done through the Lightning port on the base of the battery case. Four blue LED's on the back of the case show how much charge is in the battery whilst a single button located next to the LED's turns the charging of your phone on or off. The battery case does double the weight of your phone and it also disables the cordless charging but in return it's meant to double the amount of power available to your phone whilst providing excellent all round protection from bumps and scratches (your case comes with a free screen protector). Personally I think that my iPhone XR looks smart in its new case and the extra power provided by the battery won't go amiss on days out where I tend to use the camera and Sat Nav a lot.
