It is a good product. Remedial for swelling. But you must have clear idea about size chart. I bought it and I am using it and effective. But if I am familiar with such products I would have ordered next bigger size.

長年扁平足による疲れ痛みに悩まされてきたが、これを履いてからすっかり解消された。仕事上一日中歩き回るか立ちっぱなしの業務が多いので、足にかなり負担がかかる。これをつけてからは負担がかなり軽減され、痛みに悩まされながら働くこともなくなった。趣味の食べ歩きや散歩も、これがあることで疲れがなくなりより楽しさを増している。足が疲れやすい人、特に扁平足の人はぜひ使って欲しい。

Okay, I was just about to sit down to watch a movie, when I was bothered by how badly my ankle was hurting as well as my arch due to my mild case of plantar fasciitis. I realized that I had not worn my Bitly socks all day. I put them on and felt IMMEDIATE relief! I decided that I had to take a minute right away to write a review about these socks. My brother bought them for me due to my persistent ankle pain and foot arch pain. I tried many things, but the pain did not go away. My brother ordered these for me. I wear a size 9 (women's) - 9 1/2 and bought the Medium size socks. The first time I put them on, it felt odd. The ankle that gives me pain, swells a little, and even with that - these socks provide GREAT support, but are NOT tight!! The relief was INSTANT! It feels as though my ankle and arch are not only nicely supported in a comfortably snug manner, but the material makes it almost feel like it is being massaged. I can honestly tell you that these socks are very comfortable and give me tremendous relief from the pain. I constantly check to make sure that I am not mistaking the snug fit for tightness, and although I have swelling prior to putting them on, when I take them off, the swelling has gone down. The material is very high quality and very durable!!! This product is excellent quality and does everything it says it does. I am so grateful my brother bought them for me. I probably would not have because I would have thought it was just another item that does not work. Not so with these! I can assure you, after I wear these out, I will purchase another pair promptly. My product also arrived in two days, packaged securely, and they also reached out to ensure that I received the product and was happy with it. I love them! If you suffer from ankle or foot pain, or any type of plantar fasciitis, you want these socks!!! I do not usually give FIVE stars, but these are worth the rave!

... ob diese dünnen Dinger irgendwas bringen würden, aber bisher bin ich wirklich zufrieden.Ich bin Jahrgang '88, normalgewichtig und laufe ganz gerne mal, habe aber schwache Füße. Trotz Stabilschuhen waren meine Füße letztes Jahr so überlastet, dass ich mir die Plantarfaszie gereizt/entzündet habe. Gerade morgens die ersten Schritte waren fies und an Joggen war nicht wirklich zu denken.Nun trage ich seit einigen Wochen diese Socken, wenn ich fußlastigen Sport treibe (joggen und (Kick)Boxen). Das Joggingpensum ist noch moderat, aber am nächsten Tag geht es meinen Füßen gut, ich glaube, seit neuestem tut mein angeschlagener Fuß sogar gar nicht mehr weh, und das, obwohl ich 3-6x wöchentlich Sport treibe.Mir sitzen die Socken angenehm, habe aber auch ziemlich schmale Füße. Nur über Nacht kann ich sie nicht tragen, weil mir dann unerklärlicherweise die Achillessehnen weh tun (tagsüber tragen ist aber kein Problem). Nach dem Training gehen die Socken mit mir duschen, sie sind zügig wieder trocken und riechen wahlweise nach Duschgel oder dem Innenleben meines Schuhs, aber keinesfalls nach miefigen Socken.Wirklich gute Dinger!
