Sturdy, functional product
I bought this stepper for my 81 year old father to use as an exercise tool to strengthen his ankles and calves. He and his wife started using it right away. It was the perfect height for their skill level and needs. It comes with 2 risers for each side for a total of 4.The things they loved:-sturdy construction-non slip platform-wide surface area-non-slip base-lightweight-adjustabilityThe only drawback is that the bases don't stay together when being moved from place to place. Still 5 star worthy as the construction and ease of use and safety is the most important.

Great for physical therapy at home
I just started virtual physical therapy for my ankle and one of my exercises utilized a step. I saw multiple, more expensive options available but thought I'd give this a try. So far so good. It is sturdy and sufficient for my weight (200 pounds). Some of the reviewers expressed concern about the step flexing. I don't feel unstable, I think the flex (using 2 risers) is an appropriate level of give for higher intensity moves. At this point I am using a single step, but I appreciate the option to add height as I get stronger.I had wondered about the size, the dimensions are smaller than some of the steps on the market, but this size is perfect for step exercises (not for utilizing as a bench to lie on). It is great for my size 10 feet, and I wouldn't want to go larger. It is big enough for my needs but compact enough to move around and store easily when not in use.

Height
Good product, sturdy solid plastic. I was hoping buying 2 would get me closer to 15/16” but it is only 12”. Can’t find the black risers by themselves to not keep having to buy the set.

Commitment to Fitness: Staying on Track & Making Progress
At the start of the year, I made a resolution to get in better shape. Like most people, my motivation fizzled out by mid-January. But after a major life change, I decided to make a real commitment to my health. I purchased this along with a fitness subscription and fully embraced my journey to fitness. Three months in, it’s now an essential part of my weekly routine, and I genuinely feel off when I miss a session. The step feature is one of my favorites.

Fun for a good workout!
This riser is great! It is study with and without the risers. The risers do not click in place - just set in place, but it feels stable! Love the bright color. I would recommend using it with shoes or socks because the ridges do hurt your feet a little!

Great for working out at home!
I've always loved Step aerobics and figured this would be a great way to work out at home! It arrives in a very large box, so be prepared for that. However, the step itself is a bit smaller than the ones you will find at the gym (so make sure you're okay with the dimensions!). If you want the full size, you will need to purchase the original step- which is also considerably more expensive!. The smaller size makes it easier to store and after having used, this step works just as well! You can't "travel" as far on it and you have to be aware of your footing, but it's more than enough to have your feet shoulder width apart. I wear a women's size 9.5/10 shoe and there isn't very much room between the edge of the platform and my heel or toes.It seems very sturdy when standing on it, although I am less than halfway to the weight limit. I've used it both on linoleum and carpet and it didn't slip out from under me in the slightest (although with the linoleum eventually one end started migrating further away). There are plenty of great YouTube workout videos you can use for free. It does make a bit of noise when you step on and off it, but I don't notice it when I'm mid-workout.

It’s okay but not sturdy in incline positions
It’s a great if you’re just doing standard step, but it’s advertised that you can use as an incline for the teal which is what I have, the photos indicate two levels for the incline, but if you look at the pictures for the pink, you can see that they have it stacked up all four. I have tried anywhere between 2 to 4 and because these do not lock in the place or have a grippy material, it slides all over the place, totally defeats the purpose of the reason I got it. So I’m gonna have to spend more money and order no slip grip tape and see if I can MacGyver it to be more sturdy. I also bought the full length one which is great that one is great for incline but a bit long, that’s why I also bought the circuit size, so far I’m disappointed in that fact, but what can you gonna do lol no other brands offer an inclined step so I am still going to use it.**updated**Grip tape did not work lol wasting money trying to make this efficient. Took a star away because of how unstable this is, I have to be hyper focused on my balance when using incline so I don’t shift it and end up falling lol, if u want an incline stepper, definitely go for the full size one and not this circuit one. This is not good for fast paced stepping, for my experience anyway. Scary to use

Perfect
This stepper is perfect for me and exactly what I was looking for. It is very similar to the ones you’ll find in the gym. I don’t think it is too small as some reviews say, maybe if you’re really tall or have large feet. I am 5’1” and wear size 7 shoes and it is perfect for me. I also don’t think it’s flimsy, I weigh 180 and have no issues. I think it’s a great price.
