EPSON 542 EcoTank Pro Ink Ultra-high Capacity Bottle Black (T542120-S) Works with ET-5150, 5170, 5180, 5800, 5850, 5880, 16600, 16650

Great print quality and long lasting

I tried other off brands that say they will work, but they all either leaked or wouldn't even fit on the specially shaped ink opening. Waste of money, even if they were cheaper! My husband said he might be able to finagle them somehow to work, but I don't want to take the time and effort nor risk that the ink isn't even compatible. I don't any hassles or concerns, so will from now on only get what they recommend.

Great

I remember the day I saw the Shaquille O’Neal commercial about the Epson EcoTank printers. It made sense. Either buy a loss-leader printer and pay obscene prices for tiny ink cartridges or pay a reasonable price for the printer and a fair price for the ink. That was 2020 and this week was the first time we have replenished the ink tanks in 5 years. FIVE YEARS. My wife is a teacher at a private academy and buys paper in bulk boxes. Lots and lots of bulk boxes. The new black ink bottle cost us less than one teenie-weenie little cartridge. The savings are incredible. So, to sum up my review of the ink -- Buy the original Epson ink because it is reasonable and worth it. And take Shaq's advice to save a bunch of money.

WE have use the Epson Printers for years. These are perfect for our offices

Just like my other review for its multi-color pack, this is the way to go with ink refills. Easy, quick, and lasts a long time. More economical in the long run and you have to refill the printer ink WAY less than the cartridge type printers. This is for the Epson printer. Original packaging and genuine, fresh product. Price is OK.

It’s nice to be able to cheaply fill up a printer again. Another printer I have has cartridges that will last about three months before they dry out. And it’s a brand that won’t let you install anything but first party cartridges. These Eco tanks are so much easier and cheaper to refill as you can just do quarter tanks or small amounts instead of having to purchase an entire new cartridge. If you do a lot of business printing, this is definitely the way to go for inkjet.

Brand name ink buy, comes well sealed to prevent leaks in shipment. Ink last a long time and is of course brand name quality. Easy to install and refill your printer. Color coded refill. Price is decent for refill. Quality printing with this brand name ink

Can't believe how much money I have saved in ink over the last two years. I was previously replacing our ink cartridges monthly, or there abouts, at a cost of $200 ish for all 4 colors each time. This bottle ink costs less than a one cartridge and lasts approximately 1 year! Accordingly, I am saving about $1000 in ink a year!
