My wife loved this it has helped with her neck pain

Bought this item for a friend and she is delighted with the shoulder relief she has gained

The idea of this item is admirable. However, the construction could be improved by narrower pockets to stop herbal and wheat content from needing constant adjustment as at present it bunches up with no control over level distribution. The expected herbal scent was minimal in spite of gentle agitation. Microwaving it for all over heat around neck and shoulders was successful but limits movement because the filling flows sideways/forward or clumps up unevenly. Room for improvement but a lovely idea.

It's very comfortable but doesn't get Cold enough for me, maybe OK for others.

Can't heat for longer than 3 minutes, so always feels look warm, disappointed by that. Nice lavender smell. Super soft material. Love the flap for your neck.

I got this because neck and shoulder tension is one of those things that can ruin your whole mood. I wanted something I could use at home without needing to plug anything in or sit in one exact position, especially on days when my shoulders feel tight from stress, sleeping weird, or being at a desk too long. This wrap is really comforting. It has good coverage across the neck and shoulders, so it feels like it actually sits where I need it instead of sliding around awkwardly. I like that it’s microwavable because it’s quick and simple to heat up, and the warmth feels soothing without having to deal with cords. The plush material also makes it feel more cozy than clinical. For effectiveness, I wouldn’t say it magically fixes serious pain, but it does help me relax and loosen up when I’m tense. The size feels practical too. It is big enough to cover the sore areas, but not so huge that it’s annoying to wear around the house. I also like that it has enough flexibility to settle around my shoulders instead of feeling stiff. My only small complaint is that, like most microwavable wraps, the heat does fade and you may need to reheat it if you want longer relief. That’s expected, but worth knowing. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It feels cozy, easy to use, and genuinely helpful for everyday neck and shoulder tension.

Using an 1800 watt microwave at 50% power for 2:20 is perfect heating, I can use it comfortably for 30 minutes and it is still warm when I am done... Love the fact that it is weighted too...
