More convenient than the powder form
I’ve tried several wheatgrass powder products (some with added flavors and some without). This pill wheatgrass is so convenient and easy to take. You don’t have to worry about the taste while you get the same nutrients.

Not bad...
These are obviously made from wheatgrass, so it's a way to get the vitamins and minerals and other beneficial compounds from wheatgrass. Personally, I tend to be a bit skeptical of such claims as "Natural Immunity, Anti-Aging Support, Boosts Energy, Wellness".... I think that such claims often are more about marketing and hype, and less about hard clinical evidence. BUT, they may help. While I haven't noticed any particular boost in my immunity (in fact, I did catch a pretty unpleasant cold with symptoms that lasted over a week), nor any slowing of aging (my hair seems to get greyer every day), nor any marked boost of energy, nor any significant increase in overall wellness. BUT, in all fairness, I don't think that anybody should expect any immediate sort of boost like that (beyond a placebo effect). But I do think that good nutrition, and plenty of good vitamins, minerals, and other compounds help to increase one's health over the longer-term. And these would seem to help toward such goals. I have experienced no negative nor unpleasant side-effects from taking these. So, I would not discourage anybody who wanted to purchase and consume these. However, they do seem a bit pricey at $30 a bottle. Therefore, I'm not too sure that I'll purchase more when this bottle is empty. I try to eat healthy, with a very wide mix of vegetables, so I don't really think that these are providing much that I was not already receiving through the foods that I eat. But, with that being said, I don't think that these hurt. And knowing that there's an awful lot of folks out there who don't or can't eat as many and as varied vegetables, I could see why some folks might take these.

A convenient, nutrient-rich supplement
Upon unboxing the Graminex Wheatgrass Tablets, the first thing that struck me was the simplicity and clarity of the packaging. It wasn’t overly flamboyant but had a clean, straightforward design that suggested a no-nonsense, health-focused product. It felt more premium than budget-friendly, giving the initial impression that the product inside was of high quality. The main features of these wheatgrass tablets that caught my attention were their claims of natural immunity and anti-aging support, along with the promise to boost energy levels. The fact that they are organic, GMO-free, and packed with a variety of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants made them stand out. The product prides itself on being a greens superfood supplement, which is quite appealing in today’s health-conscious market. In terms of user-friendliness, the tablet form is convenient for those who are often on the go and might not have the time to mix powders or prepare smoothies. However, for individuals not accustomed to taking pills or supplements, the size and taste of the tablets might be a point of contention. Performance-wise, while it’s hard to measure the immediate effects of such supplements, the energy-boosting aspect seemed noticeable after a few days of consistent use. The claims of improved immunity and anti-aging benefits would likely require longer-term observation to validate. Comparatively, these wheatgrass tablets hold up well against other superfood supplements in terms of their comprehensive ingredient list and the convenience of tablet form. However, the market is flooded with similar products, and what makes Graminex stand out is its commitment to organic, GMO-free ingredients. The value for money is somewhat subjective in this category, as the effectiveness of such supplements can vary greatly from person to person. However, given the quality and quantity of tablets provided, it seems to offer reasonable value, especially for those deeply invested in their health and wellness routines. The top positive aspects would be the convenience of the tablet form, the organic and GMO-free ingredients, and the comprehensive blend of nutrients. On the downside, the taste and size of the tablets might not appeal to everyone, and the long-term benefits are hard to quantify in the short term. Overall, I would recommend the Graminex Wheatgrass Tablets to individuals looking for a convenient, nutrient-rich supplement to complement their health and wellness routines. Ideal users would be those who are already accustomed to supplementing their diet with such products and are looking for an organic, all-natural option.

Easy easy way to get a boost of antioxidants while on the go
I am a HUGE fan of incorporating smoothies and green juice into my daily routine in order to take advantage of the vitamins and antioxidants. It is hard to do as much as I'd like to because in order to get the best benefit, green juices need to be freshly pressed. This can get costly (8 bucks a pop where I live and I like to have 2 a day) and time intensive (who has time to wash, clean, and press fresh produce and THEN clean up daily?). While I will always prefer fresh, these Organic wheatgrass tablets are a good way for me to supplement in between when I have a busy schedule and do not have the time to press freshly myself. These are also great for traveling- wheatgrass boost on a plane! One bottle has 240 tablets, and serving suggestion is 8 tablets a day. 8 per day seems a little overwhelming, and since I have a pretty healthy diet, I've decided to only take 4 per day (2 in the morning and then 2 in the late afternoon). At 4 a day, a single bottle should last me about 2 months, longer if I luck out and get to drink the real stuff on certain days. They definitely smell "green"- not a muddy green, but a fresh, bright green. There is not a weird aftertaste, they are easy to swallow and the bottle says they are made in the USA, which is definitely a plus. I do not notice any change in my energy levels, but I am not surprised, since I juice pretty regularly anyway. I will probably purchase these just so I have them on hand for traveling and/or busy days when I do not have the time or access to fresh.

A Very Easy Way To Take Wheatgrass
This product offers a fantastic way to get the benefits of wheatgrass, without the cost and hassle of drinking it. As many of us know, drinking wheatgrass is not convenient at all. It has a very strong taste, and unless you have the proper equipment AND can grow the grass yourself, it is costly to buy it every day at a health food store. Graminex® is a long-established grower, manufacturer, and provider of health formulas, primarily in the realm of flower pollen extracts. Graminex® sits on 6,500 acres of family-owned farmland in the heartland of Ohio and they produce the raw materials themselves. I've used their prostate formulas in the past and so it was a no-brainer for me to try this wheat grass one. What I like most about this product is that it is so easy to use. Just 4 tablets twice a day. There is no strong taste, smell, or aftertaste. Very easy. And it comes out to $1 per day for the recommended serving. That's very reasonable for the vitamins, minerals, and chlorophyll you are getting. I do feel better and have slightly more energy when taking the product, although the results are not dramatic. But I suspect that the longer I take it, the benefits will increase. As long as you are not allergic to wheatgrass, I would recommend this one if you want the benefits of wheatgrass without the muss and fuss.

Beyond 5 stars!
I am one who is more so interested in fresh wheatgrass, but tend to get mold when making it at home. Therefore, I try to get either a powdered, tablet, or freeze- dried supplement, withholding my judgment on how fresh it is until I try it. This wheatgrass comes in tablet form, and looked pretty green so I thought I'd try and see how I did. I'm very grateful I got these wheatgrass tablets. They are mini- tabs so easy to swallow and also to adapt my body to taking. They are dark green, which is a good sign to me that it's of good quality. Most importantly, they smell like fresh grass. They were also difficult to drink with water only due to the taste. Awesome! lol... That's the same way I feel about fresh wheatgrass: a flavor that needs adjusting to. I noticed a boost in energy right away when taking this. I'll work slowly towards 4 tabs. I'm optimistic of this helping my overall energy levels. Grateful I got this supplement and will be buying more once finished with this bottle. This could take awhile as I'm gradually attuning my body back to better health. Five stars!

I like green food
Wheatgrass shots were all the rage maybe back in the 90s or so, and I missed it (!) I missed it because fresh wheatgrass was pricey and my wallet as a single mom was thin. So I ordered these (at this late date) in pill form. I'm sure wheatgrass hasn't change, only i have just grown older. I thought I'd give these a try it. More affordable than the fresh shots were once upon a time. I like green food. Have done lots of spiralina, mainly, and various green food blends many with wheatgrass. I usually don't get a big energy charge feeling from any supplement, but green food somehow seems to make me feel a bit more alert, level, and upbeat-- and maybe I am just imagining that. But I continue to be ready & willing to partake of green food supplements. Now the dosage here is 8 tabs a day-- a lot. Don't know if I can or will keep up that consistent volume. I am already more prone to get to about 4 - 6 tabs a day, that being two doses of 2-3 tabs. Green food tastes like creek water, it just does. I'm not highly offended by it but I swallow these down quickly. Do I recognize change in feeling or health? Not to any impressive degree. Do I feel better, and enough to continue? Yes. Give them a try.
