It Works
Of all of the hair products I have recently tried to thicken a waning hairline and crown, Patrick's hair shampoo gets 5 stars. My hair does look thicker and I have received many comments on that. The scent of the shampoo is very pleasant, lathers nicely, and rinses completely. I have also purchased Patrick's conditioner. It goes on smoothly, but I must be frank and say that the fragrance is in no way related to the shampoo. When I first applied the conditioner, I got a sudden whiff of peppermint, my least favorite smell. So I found it odd that the manufacturer would not want to keep the fragrance the same within the Patrick line of products. The conditioner was disappointing - I have not really seen a difference as with the shampoo and the smell of it is offsetting. That is why I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 as the shampoo deserves. I suggest just getting the shampoo, and if you want a complementary conditioner, try Pantene Bamboo volumizing conditioner. It's fragrance blends nicely with Patrick's.

Nice product
The conditioner smells great and I think it is making some difference but not certain. Price is a downfall, and I worry about the pump system, but overall I enjoy it so far.

Terrible packaging that keeps you from using the product
Great product but terrible packaging. On multiple occasions the package has arrived with the bottle already broken and having leaked. Even when it arrives in working order, the dispenser frequently breaks and when it does the package is designed such that you can't open the bottle to use the remainder of the product. They should invest in decent packaging or just go with a simple design that works. I don't need a pump bottle that frequently breaks and leaves me with half a bottle that I can't use.

Don't buy!!!
Patricks products will suck the life out of your hair " loose all volume and your hair will be flat" and make it stop growing, . That's what happened to me after using for 8 months. Don't get suckered like I did.
