Quality is great and they work as advertised. They come with a really good guide book on how to use them and where. They also have a little draw string pouch that hold them all. Use some oil to help get them in the right position and do not use them on your face if you're all all nervous about turning colors. I used one on the middle of my forehead for a migraine and it helped so much, and no color change. My husband then decided to try the same and that was bad, he ended up with a black / blue mark in the center of his forehead as well as some purplish colors from where he'd moved it around on his face finding the right position. He had to go to work that way (trying not to laugh which is so mean haha) but no one said anything thankfully and after sleeping it had gotten quite a bit less purple so it wasn't as noticeable. I have a very bad back, surgeries etc, and when used on my back by my doctor it created a large very dark (almost black) bruise. It didn't hurt at all and the doctor said that was good as it was definitely the right spot and would get the blood flowing. If you've had trigger point injections and don't like them or can't afford them, these are a great alternative too.

I am a Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist and I am all about eastern healing and medicine done on a therapeutic level. These cups are it. They can be mixed into whatever style you have. Sport, lymph, maternity, infant, deep tissue, can be used many diff ways. BEST PART NO ALCOHAL and NO FIRE..the whole fire part usually put a little red flag up with clients- even with explanations. This product doesn't leave the 3 week bruise like the glass cups do. This style maybe does 2-3 days (the longer its help on) but if you do short amount of time the flushing happens and will go away with in an hour or sooner. I don't care the box it came in was squished, the cups and manual were in tacked..so I was THRILLED these cups are a solid material easy to fallow directions (general releases/ points) easy to clean the velvet carry case is a great size for all of the cups they glide easily with oil or creams (oils are better to move with) the sizing are appropriate for trigger point areas, and can be used on kids and adults easily

These Chinese suction cups are similar to ones used as Traditional cups which involve heating the cups. With suction applied to the skin, the stagnant energy, is brought to the surface to be removed, allowing for better blood flow and healing below the cups. The cups came as advertised. They were easy to put on in areas where there is a broad surface area such as thigh, back etc. However, in areas with a smaller surface area, even when there was enough for the cup to cover, it would sometimes fall off (trapezius , shin etc). The suctioning strength is dependent on how far you squeeze it first. It is one of those things you have to feel it and experiment with until you get the strength that is comfortable. One word of caution: it leaves a round mark that looks like a hickey or may turn black and blue. I believe that the muscle tension relaxed after using the cups even the first time for about 20-30 minutes. The cups are easy to clean, so no worries if you want to share them. They come in 4 sizes and thus all fit together with smaller ones inside the larger ones. Only wish that they had two of the same size so I could do both sides if a body part at the same time. Would recommend these highly if you have chronic muscle pain.

I had a tooth abscess that created quite a hole in my jaw (seen on x-ray). The dentist was worried that it would not heal properly as it was so large, but I used the tiny one on my jaw, and within just a few weeks the bone grew back. They pull out toxins and bad chi(or in western terms sick-energy - Chinese medicine) from the area, as well as stimulate circulation so healing takes place much faster. They really work like magic, but are so very simple. They are also great for women to use on their thighs and backside, to get rid of cellulite, especially in a hot detox bath (2 heaping handfuls of Epsom Salts in a bath full of hot water). Put a little soap on your thighs, create suction with one of the cups and slide up. Works great. Like others have said, they do yellow a bit after some time, but still work perfectly. These are a must-have for any household.

I love these. I read an article about them and thought I'd give them a try. I have 2 crushed vertebrae in my neck that cause pain all over the area. Doing what other reviewers suggest, I use them in the shower. Soap up and stick on the size that fits the area. I don't do really hard suction. Just enough so they stay on while showering. The pain is gone about 30 min after I'm out of the shower. A reviewer said they work on cellulite. Sounded crazy but since I have them.... Soap up and create enough suction so it hurts but you can move them. Glide them over area. After 2 weeks of doing daily the cellulite on the side of my butt is gone and has been for 2 months. Very odd and strange! Can't imagine benefit if you create hard suction and leave them on for 30 min with lasting marks. Have not tried it yet

I'm a LMT (Licensed massage therapist) and these are the best cups on the market in my opinion! My clients love them. They are easy to use on self and on clients. So much better quality than the "blue" cups out on market that are most popular. With these cups you can see through the cup making it easy to see the reaction on the skin, how much pressure is affecting the skin and tissues by how much comes up in the cup and easy to see to clean cups to make sure you got all the cream and oils off! Love this product and thank you! Ive already recommended your product to other therapists. But I agree this product should not be bought from the general public- if you don't know what you are doing and know anatomy/ facia well you could really hurt someone! Thank you again!

I wouldn't have guessed that $25 would have changed my life so much in so little time. I used these for three reasons. 1. I suffer from chronic muscle aches in the backs of my shoulders from holding up C-D cup boobs for the last 20 years. Advil and vodka weren't cutting it anymore. 2. At age 35, I started to get puckering in the sides and backs of my thighs. 3. Now at age 38, I have venous insufficiency (the whole getting better with age thing, only applies to wine). It caused my legs and feet to swell to gross looking proportions because I was sitting a chair for work for too long and traveling. I have no plans on getting rid of the boobs, and I had surgery on all the veins in both legs so they would stop swelling. It's been a year since all of my leg surgeries and they still swell if I sit for more than 3 hours. I have a stand up desk now, I bike ride 4 days a weeks, I wear full length compression stockings when I'm home, but it doesn't matter. My lymph nodes in my legs are also damaged so I retain fluid in my legs like you wouldn't believe. My massage therapist friend turned me onto cupping therapy for my shoulders. Researching before I purchased, I came across a few blogs where cupping was discussed for cellulite and fluid retention in the legs. This seemed like the answer to all of my health issues, so I bought them, and it was the best $25 I've ever spent. I rub coconut oil on my legs every other day after I get out of the shower, and then I take the large cup and rub it across my upper leg (front, sides, back, and inner thigh) for several minutes. It hurts like a bitch. But only for the first...maybe 4-5 times I did it. I was bruised everywhere that first week I tried it. The first day, I lost 1/2 inch in my thighs and was peeing like crazy. It released more fluid than the medication my doctor gave me. 10 days later, I lost 1+ inches on my thighs. I don't have a huge cellulite problem, but after a few weeks of using the cups every other day, I'm as smooth as I was at age 25. When I am working (I work from home), I put the cups on my shoulder muscles for 30 minutes 3 times a week and I do not experience the fatigue and ache I am used to. I also have better posture now. There is a little booklet that comes with your cups that has diagrams for where to place your cups for other medical conditions. I'm convinced after what I have experienced that it will help anything else I need them to. You have nothing to lose but $25 to try them.

When I can get them to stick, I love them. The problem is they usually don't stay in place for very long on dry skin. (a few seconds to maybe 1 minute) I have found they do stay in place when I use oil on my legs. I use them primarily to deal with Iliotibial Band (ITB) issues from years of cycling. The largest one is very good at separating the ITB from the surrounding muscles. I just wish they would stay put dry.
