Great quality electrolytes, they dissolve without any residue being left and you can feel the benefits as when you don’t have one you just feel dehydrated still and end up weeing more. They fit in your gym bag as the tube is a good size and energy levels are kept through the workout!

Very lite flavor, pleasant but not at all strong, not easy to say if functionally they work, trust the developer have done their homework, refreshing definitely when taken chilled.

Tastes really good, I think tropical tastes best but all 3 is very nice. Used it during my gym workouts, and definitely noticed less fatigue. Cannot recommend enough for active people!

Dropping them in cold water they really do fizz and dissolve quick, and even faster in hot water. They really don't taste bad either (hot or cold). Got some of these to help with some heavy hydration loss during a long and probably the worst cold virus stint of my life. Cold's almost gone now, certainly feels like they helped speed up recovery and effectively reduce the effects of dehydration.

Love thesem I only use them after a heavy training regime or after a race or event. They taste good, are fast to dissolve and I do feel refreshed after taking one. I'm not sure I would use them regularly but they definitely do make a difference after sporting events.

I bought these because of regularly feeling dehydrated and ‘heady’ despite drinking plenty of water and with no other obvious cause. After a daily dose for a week or so I stopped experiencing the symptoms I was having. Having finished these, I bought the Phizz ones on sale to try. I can say I MUCH the flavour of High5 Zero - not too sweet and no chalky paracetamol taste. They are a pleasure to drink - even verging on a little fizzy treat drink in the day.
