Installed these speakers in my Lenovo ThinkPad T460s and they fit perfectly. The crackling and distorted sound from the old speakers is completely gone and audio sounds clear again. Installation was straightforward and everything lined up correctly.Installation difficulty for me was about 3/10. It really was not very difficult at all if you are comfortable removing the bottom cover of the laptop.

Fit is exactly as the OEM, replacing the speakers is quite easy if you're familiar replacing components but even if you never have done it there are several online guides, you can even get the service manual from Lenovo where it explains how to do it. Sound quality is better than OEM, yes we all know that that is an opinion and as such it is subjective but what is real is that this set can handle 100% volume on media that I used to lower the volume to avoid distortion. It's been 6 months on daily work and no issues at all.

Bought these to replace the front right speaker that was buzzing at anything over 40% volume. Installation was extremely easy however after I booted up to the desktop and went into settings to test them, I found that the front right speaker of the "new" set DOESN'T WORK AT ALL! I opened up the laptop to double and triple check the connection and for any wires pinches or cut but everything was good. I will be returning these and putting the old ones back in.

I never write reviews but I had to because this was a constant issue with this pc. The speakers sounded muffled until I installed the replacement speakers. These worked perfectly and there is no muffle sound anymore, I have tried watching a video and doing a video call and it worked like it originally did and I can hear clearly.There were 5 screws to remove the backplate, 3 screws to remove the battery and 6 screws to remove the speakers and the speakers can only be plugged in one direction so you can't install it wrong.Just unscrew one speaker first and install the new speaker in it's place, when you pull the wire from the old speaker, put the new wire in, this helps you see how it is wired.....or just take a pic.

I got this laptop for free and speakers were blown, which I guess is a common defect for those old laptops. This was a quick, easy and affordable fix. Pretty easy to replace, just search YouTube for an instructional ideo

When I first put these in my Lenovo T460s, they were very buzzy and crackly. I couldn't tell why and assumed that they were just really bad replacements, but didn't care enough to take them back out and send them back.Come maybe two weeks later, and I noticed the crackling/buzzing stopped completely. At full volume the sound can get a little distorted, but overall they can still get fairly loud and they sound good. I couldn't tell how the originals sounded as this was a repair unit laptop that I got with dead speakers, but they sound as good as I'd expect the original speakers to sound straight from Lenovo.If you can break them in (I just have to guess that's why they sounded rough at first), these have been good replacements for cheap in my experience. Pretty happy with them, now my device is fully functional on the cheap.

Quality is very average and will buzz at the loudest volume, but overall very powerful and significant better than the crackling noise of the previous speakers.

The speakers crackled - exactly like the ones I was trying to replace. I do not recommend this product.
