Ibn 'Arabi: The Voyage of No Return

A concise and very accessible account of Ibn Arabi's life, based on autobiographical and contemporary evidence , with the consistent thread of a spiritual journey from which there would be no return. One of course can follow this up with Addas's 'In search of Red sulphur'.

An interesting introduction to Ibn 'Arabi. It could do with a glossary for some of the direct translations.

Eine schöne Erzählung über die Anfänge seiner spirituellen Reise und seiner Reise nach Osten, mit kleinen Erklärungen damaliger historischer Ereignisse. Auf jeden Fall ein sehr schönes Buch zum ersten Kennenlernen Ibn Arabis.
