I’ve been using the Santevia Glass Water System for just over a week now, and I’m really impressed. My tap water had started tasting pretty bad, but this system has completely solved that issue. It was super easy to set up, looks great on the counter, and most importantly, the water tastes amazing. Having fresh alkaline mineral water at home without any hassle feels like such a game changer. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who wants better-tasting, healthier water at home.

This jug is doing great despite mixed customer reviews. I bought it after extensive research with Chatgbt. And found other companies including Britta are not floride filtration certified. The jug didn't come with the floride filter though as I thought I was buying, and initial filter was damaged due to shipping. The customer service team have been outstanding and replaced the filters FOC twice to ensure I had the correct filter after I noticed the box didn't specify the system didn't say it specifically filter floride. I now have the floride filter which filters 99% floride. I'm really happy with my purchase and that it adds mineral back in. A much better buy than other jugs that don't add minerals oin and are not floride certified.

Is not worth of money to buy the filter is keep messy and make the water dirty from the filter it self the worst is I couldn't take back I don't drive and I am in bed rest I can only walk about the house so I wasted a lot money for something I can't used.

Why did you choose this product over others?: The filter itself is similar to those of other brands. I have to admit I don’t notice a big difference in the taste of the water, although at least it doesn’t have that straight-from-the-tap taste anymore. I did test the pH, and it had increased slightly, so it does seem to do its job. The only downside is that if I don’t wash the jug regularly, I notice algae starting to grow at the bottom, which is a bit off-putting.

This is a real product for filter water and take out all the toxic in the water due to heavy metal. People can trust to this kind of filter and to the high level of quality. Water taste delicious and We can save a lot of money buying water in bottles and don’t even like that water, water in bottles is poor in purely and it is not live water. This make water alcaline. I recommend this jar with this kind of filter. 100% recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Senior lady here that assembled this filter system with no problems. I had an appropriate wrench that fit bolt size & I was able to tighten it on the faucet otherwise I wasn't able to tighten it enough with my bare fingers. No mention in pamphlet on how high I should keep the water level in glass tank. I called a Canadian friend that has the same system & he said keep it pretty full otherwise the filter could dry out. I attached photo of what level I'm happy with. When I was prepping the filter by rinsing it per instructions, I had a small glass that I would put the filter into to drain. When the water was no longer milky white I felt that was good enough. Yes, the water was blackish at first to clear out the carbon. I'm actually using up purchased bottled purified water by filtering it in the SANTEVIA. Why? To filter out any plastics or ??? Love the mineral taste! I put the unit on a plastic tray to move it out from under the kitchen cabinets when I need to refresh the water level. I didn't like the feet of the stand grinding on my granite counters. Delivery was speedy and I ordered the replacement filters as well. Very happy I'm no longer needing to buy water in bottles & then recycling them to get the deposits back!

Water tastes great - and the glass reservoir looks lovely on our window sill. Also really like that the spout is metal, not plastic! A great set up!

The Santevia MINA Alkaline Water Pitcher has been the best match for the water in my area. Our tap water tends to to have slightly more chemicals then I think it should, and this pitcher has helped to completely transformed it. The difference was noticeable on the very first pour. Since using the MINA filter removes the water is crystal clear and is adding back healthy minerals, so the water tastes clean, smooth, and fresh. I also appreciate that the filters last longer than other brands I’ve used. If you live in an area where the water quality is “just okay,” I would highly recommend that you give this pitcher a try.
