Here are the steps I used: I did ALL of the steps by hand with dedicated microfiber cloths for each step. Step 1 - Clean gauge face with windex and a microfiber cloth Step 2 - Using a new microfiber cloth and the Novus Course compound... Apply in a straight up and down, then left to right and then in a circular pattern. Let dry to a haze and wipe off with a different and new microfiber cloth. Step 3 - Using a new microfiber cloth and the Novus Fine compound... Apply in a straight up and down, then left to right and then in a circular pattern. Go SLOW with the fine grit , you want to make sure you get all of the course scratches out from the previous step. Let dry to a haze and wipe off with a different and new microfiber cloth. I actually did this step TWICE to ensure I got all of the previous scratches out. *DON'T use the microfiber cloths from the previous step! Step 4 - If you buy the 3 bottle kit from Amazon, you will get a soft lint free towel (2 actually). Use the "clean, shine & protect" Novus spray and spray the gauges and bezzels. Wipe until dry. This final step works as a protectant, anti fog and anti static. *caution from the manufacture is only that you DON'T use the compound on any gauges that have a UV protectant on them. My boat is 11 years old so I felt safe, lol.

Was recommended for cleaning polishing scratches from acrylic mahjong tiles. With effort, scratches are less noticeable.

I was skeptical this product could touch the windshield on my SXS. I did half as a test. I used a 3” wood buff in a hand drill cause I’m lazy for steps one and two. The last step I applied by hand with a microfiber. I was amazed by the result. Actually can see again and the sun glare is gone. Gonna move on to an enclosed tractor windshield next. I’ll post an update…

Came across this stuff when I started advocating plexi. I use no. 1 on a regular basis as a final wipe down of plastic, metal and painted surfaces. I use no 1 to wipe down new and used appliances on a once a week basis. You can see the difference, even on a new item. After cleaning my glass stove top, I will work in no.2 with a damp paper towel for a good 10 min. Then buff the surface and the painted stove surfaces. If you do this on a regular basis, believe it or not you will actually begin to see the light scratches in the glass slowly disappearing of course while cooking you’re always adding new ones but after five years, our glass top looks nearly new.

I put a winter cover on my brand new golf cart and when I took it off this spring my windshield was full of scratches. Needless to say I was none too pleased. I started looking for a new OEM windshield but before replacing it, I asked AI if there was an effective way to remove scratches from plexiglass. The first recommendation was for this product. So I figured I’d give it a try. In a word this stuff is AMAZING. My windshield looks absolutely new again. I thought the scratches were pretty deep but figured I’d start with the bottle for light scratches. The scratches disappeared almost instantly, no hard rubbing or additional tools were required. I finished about with the cleaner/shiner and the windshield is positively glowing. Truly amazing stuff and for what it does it’s an absolute bargain.
