Perfect for induction stove

Feeling disappointed! I bought this pan to replace my old Technique grill pan. So, I cooked four pieces of chicken at a time in the new nonstick grill Scan Pan with this result:--I gave the pan more than ample time to heat up, I added butter and the meat, but the ridges in the nonstick surface for leaving grill marks would not leave any sear/grill marks, except the meat had deep indent marks from the ridges on the pan surface. In addition, the pan surface did not seem to distribute heat evenly at all-- out of four pieces of chicken, each time only one piece did brown a bit all over, but no sear/grill marks. On the bottom surface of the pan, the dots in a circle pattern on the aluminum caused dot marks on my glass cooktop--marks that my Barkeepers Friend Cooktop Cleaner has not been able to remove. I don't recommend this product!

No rivets!
We love Scanpans not only because of overall quality but also there are no rivets inside. This Scanpan has no interior rivets making it much easier to clean. Scanpan has a line of products that do have rivets- if this matters to you read descriptions carefully!
