Q: Does this work well on hardwood floors?

I don't have hardwood, but I don't see why it wouldn't. It works well on other non-rug surfaces.

Q: Is this sweeper very loud? if not which one is quiet?

This sweeper is quiet, however if it seems to be making a little noise check to see if it needs cleaning out. Manufacturer suggests empty after each use and check your brushes. It's amazing how it picks up.

Q: How well does this pick up on carpet along baseboards? Cat box located in corner and litter is right at baseboards.

I purchased this handy stick rechargeable sweeper to keep around for daily cleaning up around my pets litter area. Works perfectly to clean up litter spread around the carpet area of the litter box that always occurs whenever a cat is finished and jumps from box. It works great unless dirt, litter etc gets left unclean and neglected and sinks deep into carpet. That's when you would want a regular VACUUM N NOT A SWEEPER. TRY IT OUT.

Q: Is it for 220 volt electricity, how long does it hold it's charge, is it bagless

The DC adapter is plugged into a 120v electrical outlet. There is no bag - just a tray that is emptied into a waste basket or receptacle for trash. I use it under furniture and for quick clean-ups in a three bedroom house and it has never had to be recharged before I am finished. It holds the charge very well. I would guess it takes me about 6 hours from start to finish when using it. I especially like it in the kitchen as well for quick sweep-ups.

Labour saving floor cleaning machine.

This machine has limitations in approaching the corners of walls for cleaning and underneath of furniture.The brush should have been stronger in design and motor more powerful.
