This is my second Monster series chair. First one was bought back in 2019 and still going strong without any problems. Replaced the gas lift and legs (old model had a non metal base and it flexed and lost its shape after 4 years). The current model is better in terms of seat cushion and shape. However I can see that the faux leather on the back side is a bit of a downgrade (like the ones in cheap headphone ear muffs) and I'm sure it will start to tear in a few years. You can see from the images. I don't rough use them, so fingers crossed. Also the lumbar support is a thinner one than the previous version.If you are going for a chair under 20k and comparing this with the likes of Sleepcompany or other models from Greensoul, I strongly recommend this one. This is a better option than others in the market.

I have been using this hair for more than 1 year now. It's comfortable, cozy & looks beautiful. Easy to assemble, I did it myself. Size is quite big & mobility is damn good. I use it during work hours, and I can also take a little nap on it. Quality is really good that even after rough use of 1 year, it's still looking new. Highly recommended if you spend lot of time sitting for work.

I gifted this chair to my brother as he worked from home from last 4 years and is having back pain so I decided to gift him this chair . Overall chair is good but do little bit work on arm rest as sometimes arm slip from arm rest due to less space .otherwise chair is very comfortable

To be clear, the chair is good...built well, metal frame, good materials (though I would suggest heavy guys to NOT buy a gaming chair, they might dig into your sides).Now coming to the bad...they might deliver you a different colour if the colour you ordered is not available (turned out to be a good thing in my case)The chair had defective mechanism and arm rest so I contacted their support and they asked for videos, which is understandable. They suggested that I call their guy for installation and not to tell him that I don't need installation and only tell him about the defective issue once he arrives (seems like a disconnect between support and service)The guy came and told me the mechanism is defective and I will get a replacement. I told him it would be good to actually receive the right colour chair now and he updated that from his end.After that 5 days no update from their team after repeated follow ups on their ongoing mail conversation. I finally called their support again and the guy asked if my return window is open on Amazon...it was...so he told me to return on Amazon and closed my ticket.I called Amazon, only to find that Green Soul has a condition that if the product is defective, it will only get a warehouse replacement from brand and Amazon can't do anything.....frustrated I told Amazon support executive that first of all they delivered wrong colour and then a defective chair and now they are redirecting me to Amazon knowing very well that I would have to come back to them again!! To that the Amazon Support executive told me that we can replace based on the wrong product delivered!!!Fortunately for me, the wrong colour turned out to be the best thing ever....finally got it replaced and just note that refund will take more than 2 weeks.I instead ordered a DROGO MONARCH PRO chair and loving it 😎😎TO ANYONE UPGRADING....DON'T BUY FROM GREEN SOUL!!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WILL JUST SAY SCRIPTED LINES LIKE WE APOLOGISE FOR THE INCOVENIENCE!!
