No space for list of meds
Quite good, they ask about medication but don’t put enough space to write it in. I’m thinking of sending them back to be honest.

Ok for what I needed. Good size but very basic, so if you needed to collect more information from client these are probably not sufficient

Very thin and flimsy
Aesthetically lovely- practically not so much. Everything and flimsy like paper not card. Used one card and had to buy alternative card ones. Good as a paper but definitely no use in a card file as bends over so can’t flick through
