Easy to clean
We had a mice issue and this is the ONLY toaster that you can clean in seconds completely. Totally recommend it and do the job.

Side Loading Toaster
My wife was aggravated by the crumbs that collected in the bottom of our expensive top loading toaster! She saw one of these advertised & I bought it for her. She has been VERY happy with the operation, bread toasting quality & cleanliness of this toaster! Highly recommended!

Doesn't toast - takes 3-4 runs at highest setting to toast a single slice
I've been looking for a toaster that can handle croissants and baguettes for a while so I was very excited about this toaster. When it finally got here, it was a total let-down! Even on the highest setting, it can barely get a slice of bread to a very light gold after 3 times through. An $80 toaster that can't toast, it's ridiculous! I wonder if it's some sort of issue with their anti-burning feature. Anyways, I'll be sending it back tomorrow.

Awkward to use, did not toast

Toaster is mostly white with a black panel. It looks so silly.
The toaster is two different colors. If I didn’t need it so much for space saving I would send it back. I gave it five stars on everything else except for overall because if it weren’t for that it would have gotten five all around the board.

I don’t know why it’s called a toaster
With work I was able to get it to warm 2 pieces of plain white bread. Waste of time, money & counter space.

Non-traditional toaster ~update
I wanted to try this new type of toaster. I am still not convinced it will toast well. The toast pictured was on the number 4 setting. This is standard bread. I must say it is super easy to clean the crumbs out. It is a sleek design and takes up some room, but easily moved around. However, the jury is still out for me. It does fit bagels and croissants as well. Didn’t get the heating correct for a croissant as of yet. I will update when I find the correct setting for toast! ** Toast needs to be put on #5 for perfect toast! Now I have it figured out I am really liking it!
