Really speeds up cutting strawberries. Very easy to use.

It slices strawberries (or anything really) beautifully, with no crushing. Be careful, it's quite sharp. You get evenly sliced strawberries. I've found that the appearance of the slices varies if I rotate the fruit position. Works great on boiled egg pieces (not whole ones) . I wish it was larger so I could slice other things, but it's perfectly sized for strawberries. Doesn't take up a lot of space and is easy to clean. I just rinse it in the sink. Haven't tried it in the dishwasher. If it starts to dull, you even have access to take a diamond file to the edges of the blades! (rinse before cutting again you don't want to ingest the filings) Great gadget. I'm probably going to get a dehydrator now.. Strawberry chips... Peach chips... Woo Hoo!

We've gone through a handful of the strawberry shaped cutters, and each would break after a while. This one feels sturdy and was easy to use. It cut through some of the larger strawberries without any issues. It was simple to use and easy to clean up after.

Worked well on strawberries. Used it to slice olives for salads and it worked great.

Pros: Love the clip to secure when not in use Cons: 1) cuts wider slices than previous device 2) holds water like crazy when placed in dish-washer 3) occasionally 'flings' berry slices beyond target Overall, it does what it says it will do which is slice berries. The brand I previously owned was the ideal but after a few years of service gave up. One other positive aspect of this slicer is that it is designed better than my previous device. The 'jaw' uses a double action hinge which effectively reduces the effort to slice. It's probably also why it flings berry slices from time to time.

Love this!!!! Where has this been. It chops up my strawberries SO fast and easy and they are all uniform in the cut ! For larger berries you may need to cut in half before using cutter.

I used the handle held slicer for strawberries. It was easy to use and clean. The build and quality is good as if has not fell apart so far. Size is perfect not too big or too small. It does take time to get through a batch of strawberries so not the quickest option. But all in all the design works and gets the job done.

I had this design from pampered chef for many years until I cracked. But we use it mostly for olives! Slice right over your salad or pizza or Mexican food and you don’t have to wash a cutting board and knife…just put it in the dishwasher when you are done and it’s good to go!

... aber die Erdbeeren sind schön gleich geschnitten. Allerdings klappt es auch nur mit kleineren Früchten, ansonsten stehen sie über und sind nicht richtig geschnitten am Rand. Kann man kaufen, aber ein Eierschneider macht das selbe :-) und man muss nicht auf die Größe achten.

Love this strawberry slicer. We had one before but the plastic broke and it was not very ergonomic to use. This one is easy slices up strawberries quickly and is very simple to clean absolutely perfect for when we make our strawberry waffles
