Is this a king size? queen? standard?

The pillow is the same size, only thing that adjusts is the height. It’s a big pillow, probably best for at least queen size bed since it is so wide

How long is shipping with prime?

It took awhile. The order is filled by purple. You may as well just order from purple.

Can you make it bigger for a king size bed?

No just one size for adults and one for children.
