Mega Coverage Vitamin w/o Iron!!
Recommended by my dr, they seem to have everything in them. Not a fan of the daily dose which is 4 per day. They are also a large capsule. I take two or three in the morning and then one or two at lunch. They do not contain iron with is a plus for me. The bottle only lasts a month. As they have plenty of Vit C and Vit D and greens, I have stopped taking those separately so there is some savings and value for these more expensive but also more comprehensive vitamins..
