I used this product by accident as what I previously used was out of stock. I have had surgery for a collapse of my pelvic floor, which has slightly improved the incontinence problem, but not completely. I may have to start chemotherapy for my leukemia, so I have been looking for products that would help me in that case, as I knew one may not be able to get to a bathroom quickly when connected to an IV. I too thought this thin,soft comfortable pad could not hold a large amount of urine like other long bulky pads could, but for me it holds as much as those others and does not become so bulky and evident to the world that you are wearing a saturated pad and it is non irritating to my sensitive skin, It also has good odor control. I think no product like this fits everyone the same. I read a review from a small person who loved these, but I am a larger lady who loves these also and believe me I have tried almost every brand name or store brand out there and for now this works best for me. I think people need to realize no product works the same for everyone and will nol always suit everyone. However, it would be nice if manufacturers would put out a trial pack of perhaps fifteen pads, so we could try them without investing in a large amount. I have a closet full of those that didn't work well for me. I love these!!!
