This speaker arrived promptly and was well-packaged. It is much louder and clearer than the previous one we had and we are very pleased with it. Well worth the money.

It's smaller than expected which is a bonus and It comes in its own hard case to protect it. The USB cable is on the short side so if you are planning on using it for a Skype conference / Team meeting you will need a longer cable to place the unit in the middle of the table. I've used it already and the speaker volume is good, its loud and clear. The mic seems good as there were no complaints from anyone about not being able to hear what was being said in the room. I've also used it as a speaker phone with Skype for Business and it works perfect, again no complaints. Small, compact and clear. Worth the money? I would say so and would recommend it.

Good quality audio pickup if within 4-5 feet and clear sound, although not particularly loud so not suited to larger meeting rooms. Super simple as it is literally plug and play. Be clear, this is not Bluetooth enabled.

I wanted a speaker phone for use in a small meeting room with 4 or 5 people so we could be socially distanced without crowding round a laptop to participate in Zoom and Teams calls. We'd had problems previously for client meetings even 2 people sitting next to each other and having to move the laptop to speak directly into the microphone. This little gadget is perfect and works well with Teams and Zoom. The sound quality is great. I contacted customer support who were very quick to respond when I had a query. Definitely recommend.

Sound and microphone are good, based on confirmation from my team. I use this with Microsoft Teams and it is okay, but lacks integration such as mute (this works independently of the Teams controls) and doesn’t have an answer / hang up option, so need to make sure a Teams window is visible. These are minor points for an otherwise well made product, I just wish the limitations were clearer in the product description. I’ve thought of returning is - I may do as it is early days, but it is hard to find an alternative with full integration with MS Teams. Update: After a few days of use I’ve been told my words are being clipped and I don’t sound as good as before. I’m going to return this product and I’ve reverted back to my headset with better integration and sound - it’s already an improvement I’m told.

Perfect for use in an office or small/med conference room, this speakerphone is truly plug and play and great performance/sound quality for Google Hangouts and skype. Call quality is excellent and it works flawlessly on my Mac. Controls for volume and mute are easy to use. very clear sound quality for its size. No complaints at all. Worth every penny!

I bought these based on others reviews. I found them poor in terms of sound, as the other callers found my voice muffled and had to resort to using the laptop instead. Not sure if a fault with the unit I received or they are just poor quality. Bought a Jabra replacement - a little more expensive but performs well. Don't settle for these.

This is absolutely perfect for work I was using my headphones until now but this is a relief to use the clarity of Sound is very good and it does the job I have had some feedback that there is an echo sometimes when I use it more or less the feedback I have had from receivers of a call or on conferencing is that the sound quality is fine I would recommend this for working from home one other thing is that if you have a dictating facility using a microphone you can use this for dictation it's absolutely brilliant

En verdad tiene muy buena calidad de sonido para cuando se esta en una junta, mejor que todas las otras bocinas que he probado. Con la situación mundial del covid-19 tuve que comenzar a trabajar de manera remota, lo cual implico atender muchas juntas por videollamadas que involucran muchos participantes (entre 2 - 8). Me sorprendió mucho la nitidez con la cual puedo escuchar a todos, incluso cuando varios hablan al mismo tiempo. Ademas, al cambiar a usar este producto he dejado de recibir comentarios sobre ruido ambiental, o que no entienden lo que digo. Con respecto a la instalación del producto, no tuve ningún problema, solo lo conecte a mi computadora y estaba listo para escuchar y hablar. El producto tiene una calidad muy satisfactoria, con materiales de calidad y acabados lisos, y los controles son fáciles de usar. Se lo recomiendo comprar a todo aquel que este buscando una bocina / microfono para juntas de Home Office. Excelente producto.

Très pratique, peu encombrant, avec une bonne restitution du son et une très grande portée (+ou - 5 m) sans échos. Du plug and play la plupart du temps sauf si on a défini par défaut les paramètres micro et vidéo (et surtout si c'est la webcam qui prend la vidéo et le son). Faites un essai de tous vos périphériques avec une bonne définition des paramètres avant votre réunion. Un bon rapport qualité/prix/fiabilité.

Got this to hook up to a laptop for our meeting room at work. Easy USB set up, sound is really good quality and loud enough for the space (table accommodates 8). Easy to control the volume and easy to mute. Happy with the purchase.

I used it for conference call with Zoom, Team and Google, it is working well in all platform. The speaker sound is clear and not too loud. The volume and mute controls are simple and easy to reach. I like it so far. Only if it has a rechargeable battery will be terrific.
