Excellent Value
I purchased this door closer based on price. I compared this with ones at the local box store and it saved me five dollars. It was easy to install and adjust. This door closer works great. I am very happy with purchase.

Replacement Closer
Replaced my old closer that got damaged in a storm. Pretty easy to install the new one and it works great - just like the old one did before the storm.

Works great and closes correctly.
Only issue is the slider lock. Initially the paint covered the opening rod so the slider couldn’t open completely. Now I notice each time I set the slider it leaves I scratch in the rod because the slider edges weren’t filed round. I am hoping in the future it doesn’t start catching as I move the slider.

Perfect for most storm doors
This pneumatic closer was super simple to install. Directions were straight forward and easy to understand. I got the medium duty and it's super strong. I'm only using it on an aluminum storm door and it's almost too strong. The medium duty should be able to handle most storm doors without without an issue.

not like the old days
This works but slider to hold open doesn't seem to want to stay in place to hold open, installed in same place as old one but door doesn't open the same width. Seems either to close harder or worse depending on how far open door is.

The screws to install were short for the holes. This was a replacement to an old door closer. The holes and screws of the broken door were much deeper. I just used the old screws on this new device. Easy to adjust the speed of closure.

Wright Products V820 Pneumatic Closer, MEDIUM, it was a good closure for my screen door worked well. This was $10 but later I found the same one at Lowe’s for six dollars.
