This is excellent for kid’s who need to learn how to make their facial muscles do different things. It’s easy to hold, they can mimic the photos with the mirror, and you can talk with them about emotions. Our speech and Occupational therapists have loved this as a learning tool. Would recommend!!

These are great tools for anyone working with younger kids or developmentally disabled. I use it in my home daycare with children ages 2-4 years old. When they are having big feelings I’ll show them the mirror along with the corresponding picture that matches their feelings. They will usually pause and stare at it for a good while. I talk about the feeling they see and are feeling. It’s a great visual for them! I use it to teach about feelings as well, and we go over all of the various pictures (happy, sad, silly, angry, afraid, etc) while each child in the mirror and makes that kind of face (whatever one is shown at the time). The kids all love it and seem to approach it with intense curiosity. It’s been a great tool for helping them to identify their feelings in the moment :) so far it seems pretty durable, though I do keep an eye on them when they are using it. The size is good for them as well and it’s easy for little hands to handle.

My students love this toy! I am an early child special education teacher. I purchased this to work on identifying emotions with my preschoolers. It works great. They love practicing the faces in the mirror. It appears to be durable as it has been thrown a few times but is still holding up great.

Me ha encantado. Tengo un pequeño con TEA al que le cuesta identificar con 8 años las emociones. Éste espejito le ayuda a entender cómo se siente, pero sobre todo a ponerle nombre para poder comunicarnos como se siente.
