My wife & I LOVE this pan. It sears meat to perfection and holds in the juices. FYI, you don’t need to use the highest heat settings to sear. This pan gets HOT! It leaves these beautiful little grill marks, too, which makes your meat look as good as it tastes. One of the best purchases we’ve made in a while.

Beautiful, perfect condition, love using this pan. Slightly smalller than expected, but great for 2 people.

Cooks well. Soaked in hot water few min, emptied, used a little soap to scrub with appropiate cast iron scrub brush & rinsed. Very happy with it. Perfect for two people.

I love this pan. Easy to clean and not too heavy. I bought the LeCreuset liquid cleaner and scrub brush., which makes it easy to clean.

I like this for roasting vegetables, it is easy to take in and out of the over with handles on both side (much easier than the larger square roasting pan). It also cleans up easily using a nylon brush. It is an expensive pan but was on sale. Still, for the price, I expect it to last a lifetime.

I had one of these years ago and just got this one. I had forgotten how quickly and perfectly you can grill things with this. You can put on stove at home or even use on outdoor grill. It ears wonderfully.
