very good collagen pills
As we get older our bodies don't create enough collagen. These collagen pills really helped improve the condition of my skin, hair and nails. I think that they really helped quite a bit. I will continue taking collagen along with my other vitamins.

Seems to do what they say but!
I'm on my second bottle of these collagen supplements. They do seem to help with joint pain, and I definitely see skin tightening. But they give me stomach pain for the whole day. If i just take one the pain lasts for a few hours after taking. If i take all 3 (1 every 8 hours) the pain lasts 24/7. The pills themselves have a nasty taste so swallow fast. If i don't take any I have no stomach pain. I plan on trying some other brands to see if they do the same thing, I may just have an issue with collagen. The stomach pain is like severe gas without the gas if you know what I mean.
