The Duracell CR1632 works as expected. The lithium version works perfectly for my FOBO motorcycle sensors and last for at least a year.

2013 GX460 Smart Key Remote Battery
Extremely reasonable priced replacement battery. At this price you can justify replacing them yearly in both remotes. Reputable brand and cheap price. Fit and work perfectly. Update, Just under 10 months, and receiving key fob battery low message on DTC. Lexus suggests replacing them every year, unfortunately these won’t even last a year with normal use.

Time to Replace the Key Fob Battery?
Been limping along since my key fob coin battery died. Kept meaning to replace it, but kept forgetting once I got back home. The car will operate with a dead battery. But you lose the lock/unlock capability and have to use the physical key. So now. with a replacement battery, I can use all the key fob functions - - until the next time.
