Finally a durable thermometer! It is high quality and a pleasure to use. I love that this thermometer is waterproof so it’s super easy to clean and won’t break if left outdoors. It’s fast and easy to read and super easy to use. Totally worth spending the few extra dollars on to get something that will last. I love that it takes a AAA battery instead of the disc kind that no one keeps on hand. I have had two different folding digital thermometers in the last couple years that broke, so I am hopeful this one will stand the test of time. Strong magnet on it so I store it on the side of my microwave so it’s handy. Super happy with this purchase.

Thermometer works great as was the transaction with the seller. Easy to use and easy to clean. Haven’t had it long enough to know about durability. Easy to read.

Top quality, better and more accurate than the ones sold at the bbq stores.

I had been looking for some time to find an instant-read thermometer that is accurate, without breaking the bank. I had read reviews from various sources, and it seems the Thermapen is top rated, but too expensive for my taste. The ThermoPro had pretty good ratings, and after purchasing from Amazon, I can see why. It reads pretty fast, and from my "extensive" testing, quite accurate. I like that it has an on-off switch, the display is easy to read and the long probe is nice (keeps hands and finger further away from the heat). It has a magnetic back, so I keep stored on the side of my refrigerator with is close to my range. It also has switch to turn the backlight on or off as well as recommended temperature chart on the back of the unit. The instruction are clear and precise, and that is uses a AAA battery is great, easier to obtain and install vs coin batteries. My only caveats, I wish the probe could fold so it isn't so long when storing. I purchased this slightly over a month ago for $14. Now Amazon has it for $12.

This is an indispensable item in my kitchen. I use it to cook various dishes. It is easy to read and very convenient to use. I have needed a good thermometer for many years. I'm glad I did this. Now I can be sure whether my dishes are cooked or not, and no longer have to worry.
