1. High quality, thick gauge stainless steel internal cooking components 2. Instructions for assembly only have pictures with no written instructions and I had to disassemble some parts to correct errors I made. Instructions for assembly could be better. 3. Took me 6 hours to assemble; but without mistakes it would have taken 4-5 hours. 4. Flame baffles are great and reduce flareups. 5. Well packaged for transit and no damage whatsoever to components. Even shipping box had very little damage.

Request for Replacement – Defective Light Switch (Broil King Regal S 420 Pro)
I recently purchased the Broil King Regal S 420 Pro on Amazon. After assembling the grill, I discovered that the LED handle lights stay on constantly and cannot be turned off using the light switch. To diagnose the issue, I tested the wiring and confirmed the following: • The grill is brand new and has never been used • The wiring is connected correctly • When the switch is disconnected, the handle lights still stay on, which indicates that the switch is stuck in the ON position internally • The battery pack and LEDs function normally Based on this, the light switch is defective from the factory. I kindly request a replacement light switch or a suitable solution under warranty. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards, DR
