iPhone 4 Case Black Lilly Pink Monogram [Dual Layered Hybrid] Protective Commuter Case for iPhone 4 Black Case by Unnito

1.Took approximately 4-5 weeks to receive the item by mail even though site says usually "ships in 3-5 days". That was AFTER I sent several emails to Unnito to let them know I had not received the item. I was even asked to provide the order number for them to even locate the order submitted.2. The end of the case broke the MINUTE we attempted to install her phone into the case for the very first time!3. My daughter refused for me to return the item because this was her Christmas gift on Christmas Day which makes it even worse! We have had this item for only 3 weeks now and the flowered print has already chipped completely off the whole bottom right side of the cover!

I was apprehensive to purchasing this case because of the ONE awful review. In contrast to this out person the case was a week EARLY and it seems to be in good condition so far and did not break upon putting it on my phone. I am in love with the print and the custom monogram. So happy with it and highly recommend!

Didn't do the monogram according to the last name letter being in the middle.

I just recieved my case moments ago and I love it! It arrived within 4 days of ordering it and looks just like the picture. The company was extremely polite when I emailed them and I would definitely recommend this case for anyone who loves monograms and Lilly Pulitzer as much as I do!
