Even more concerning, I found a $20 price sticker on the shorts, while I had been charged $42.05.
Amazon Customer Service Supervisor: Monira — Very Disappointing Experience I have been an Amazon customer for many years and I am also a Prime member, so I expected much better service and quality. I ordered Nike shorts for my son and paid $42.05. When I opened the package, I was extremely disappointed. The shorts did not look or feel like a genuine Nike product at all. The material was very cheap and poor quality, and the product was not what I expected from a Nike item. What made the situation even more concerning was that I found a $20 price sticker on the item, even though I was charged $42.05. I contacted customer service and provided pictures showing the product, the material, and the $20 price sticker. I then asked to speak with a supervisor, and Monira, the supervisor, handled my case. Unfortunately, I was told that nothing could be done. I also explained that I do not have a printer and asked if they could provide a QR code or another option to scan the return label at UPS, but I was told there was no such option. This was extremely disappointing, especially as a long-time Prime customer. I expected Amazon to take this situation seriously and provide better customer service when a product is clearly not as expected. I am very disappointed with both the seller and the customer service provided by Monira, the supervisor. I strongly recommend that Amazon investigate this seller and the authenticity of the products being sold under the Nike name.
