I have noticed a few bad reviews regarding product quality/concern of a knock off. has anyone verified this is indeed rocky mountain oils selling?

I have ordered from Amazon and RMO. I have never had a quality concern. That review I wonder if the bottle was bad which is possible. I have compared prices purchasing through Amazon and the company directly. I feel it's best just to go through the company. You can get free shipping and sometimes the savings is only one or two dollars on a product difference.

Is this water solube essential oils or solid one?

It's a liquid essential oil, not a solid.

Does rocky mt essincial oil have a book to mix the oils
