If you’re like me and have been relentlessly searching for a reasonably-priced shower tension pole caddy, consider this one! My fiancé recently purchased two odd-named, similarly priced caddies here on Amazon only to return them after a lot of cursing about poor fit. I took over the task of searching for “the perfect caddy”, and stumbled on this Allzone one. The OXO good grips seemed tempting because of the all five star reviews, but the price tag was just too high, so I took a chance on this. The instructions were pretty simple to follow and putting it together was relatively easy. It was a little tougher to actually shove into place in the bathtub, but I was able to do it on my own by making small adjustments to the pole. It looks nice in person. The shelves can be moved all along the pole. They are set in place by tiny pieces of rubber. I don’t like that the rubber is still visible on most of the shelves once in place, but that is me nitpicking. Once the shelves are full, you don’t notice it. The hooks for the razor hold my disposable razor nicely, and the shelves themselves seem pretty sturdy. Overall, I think it’s worth the buy!

My old shower caddy rusted out at the bottom because the bottom bumper allowed water to sit in it so the pole was almost always wet. When it collapsed and sent all the bottles and tubes flying, the entire inside of the pole was rusted. This ALLZONE caddy has a much larger bottom and top bumper. The weight of the pole itself, it heavier than my old one. It is more sturdy in the corner, and the bumper has drainage holes. That, in itself, is enough of a reason to purchase this item. No standing water=no rust! Installation was easy. After adding the shelves to the pole on installation, it is important to push the shelf down on the black insert to anchor the shelf on the pole so it doesn't slip down when you determine how far apart you wish to have your shelves. I have mine loaded with shampoos and body washes for everyone's needs and likes. There is no wiggle in the pole, the plastic turn knob that determines height is easy to tighten, and the directions to determine pole height are simple. No specific tools are necessary for installation, but you will need a sturdy tape measure to determine how many pole sections you will need based on the height of the installation area. You will also need to measure the pole before placing it in its final location to add the 1.77" to 2" amount of height for the spring load that keeps the shelf anchored in place. The distance between shelves is up to you, and there is one rod for hanging a washcloth or whatever you wish to hang. It is one rod, but it has two sides as shown in the picture. There are front hooks in two places for razors, and one shelf is designed with two places to stand shampoo bottles upside down so the shampoo can drain down when the supply in the bottle gets low. I researched almost every pole on Amazon and thought I'd give this one a try. I am very pleased with my choice. It is not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this particular pole. You won't be disappointed!

We have a pretty small shower, this caddy fits nicely in the corner without taking up too much space. Holds many bottles, even the big ones. Nice extras are the washcloth/rubberband and razor holders. Keeps the shower clean and organized. Seems to be holding up with all of the weight. Can't attest to the longevity of it, but hope that it will hold up for several years. Very easy to install as well and can extend quite tall if you have high ceilings.

Great quality and hiding up well

I used to use shower shelves that attach to your walls via adhesive strips, but when those started to fall off due to water damage and putting too many things on the shelves, I decided to switch to this tension rod shelving system. It fits perfectly in the corner of my shower and stays in place even with the weight of tons of bottled products. I’m pretty bad at building and installing things, and I found this to be pretty foolproof to build and set up. All you need to do is measure the space between the floor and ceiling of your shower and the directions are easy to follow from there. I did think this was a little expensive, but it’ll last a long time and solved my shower storage problem. Didn’t find it was missing any parts and the tension rod is easy to adjust - just put it in diagonally and shorten it until you have a snug fit in the corner.

It was easy to assemble - I like that it comes with a height guide so you know which combination of pieces to use for your space. I actually measured incorrectly the first time, but it was easy to switch out pieces. Placing the trays was so much easier than other caddies I’ve used, you can place them at whatever height is perfect for your needs. The best thing (and why I decided to try this one) is that there’s a hidden spring mechanism in the top portion. This way you get a good snug fit! Without having to use the traditional tension-rod screw-motion method. Now my little shower stall is organized! And I don’t have to worry if it’s sturdy and stable enough to NOT fall over in the shower - where you obviously don’t want to find out you wasted money! Really a great value for the money, even with my critical eye!

This is a great corner unit for your shower or bathroom. It will hold heavier bottles well and you can adjust the shelves to how you want them. I put my heavier items on the bottom shelves. My only comment is that you need to watch to make sure it is setting flat on the ceiling. My shower has slightly curved edges, so I had to move out from shower wall to get at a flat surface. It does come with an anchor you can hook to wall. But you will need to check the wall surface first. I dont know if the anchor can be moved once to put on the wall. I bought the brown/bronze color and overrall I am very happy with it. I would buy again

The product fell out. The spring inside to keep tension failed. It stopped working within a few months. Very disappointed. It looked nice but did not work.

Great now all my products are off the floor of the shower

The first thing you notice is the poor quality. The second is the assembly instructions. Lastly, the frustration of realising that you spent money and wasted it. Positives: Arrived quickly

I was super excited to receive this item, I purchased it specifically because it said rust proof. As I was putting it together, every single rod had rust at the attachment part. So I know this will definitely continue to rust once water gets into contact with it. Also, we have adjusted it over and over and it keeps falling. It’s level but the tension is not enough. So I feel for an almost $100 item it’s not worth it. It will likely smash my shower window which will cost me even more in the end. I’m hoping to return this somehow for a full refund.
