it's milk with oil added
I was looking for a replacement for MILNOT to make favorite lemon cheesecake recipe. It is evap milk with oil added. Whips slightly thinner than MILNOT, but need to refrigerate longer than if recipe made with MILNOT. Turns out perfect!

Its not milk!
Im donating this to the food pantry. I thought it was milk and its not. Instead its some funky GMO product that I wont even touch. Its the cool whip of evaporated milk. Once again it is NOT milk. Theyve got alot of nerve putting a picture of a cow on the can!
