This desk organizer is not cheaply made and worth the price. The size is great for holding lots of folders and documents. No assembling required. It performs well by allowing you to get your desk and drawers organized. Versatile in that you can store papers, file folders, magazines, etc.

Using this to hold 10 inch (no typo) by 11 inch paper with a description of what's on the paper on the top edge of the long dimension sticking out from the shelves. Works great. Just have a few pages on each shelf now, except bottom shelp which has 1.5 inch stack of the paper. Solid. Perfect finish. Very happy I bought it.

I wanted a tray sorter for my desk but not one that was made out of plastic. I found this one and the thing that interested me the most was that it said it had padding on the bottom, plus it looked like it would stand up over time. The padding is four little velvet buttons you stick on the bottom once you get it. Not what I expected but it works fine and doesn't woble. I have an elm desk and didn't want it to get scrated by a metal tray folder and these felt buttons will do the trick. I like the sturdyness of this one as well. I would recommend this one but if you have your eyes set on another one and buy this because of the padding, buy the one you like the best and go buy a package of the padding at Lowe's or Wal mart and it'll do the same thing. Again the tray itself is still a good product for what I wanted.

Holds a lot of papers/files. I needed it to hold different colored file folders. It was perfect for this. Very stout. Worth it. So many things like this are made of cheap plastic. This is solid steel. I would buy again.

The description of this organizer provided by Safco is accurate. The trays are study and the unit is well made. The matte finish absolutely helps to cut down on finger prints, too. The unit will comfortably hold a few hundred pages of paper in each slot and still be usable. Some reviewers, not Safco, have suggested that a ream of paper will fit into each slot. This is inaccurate. Even if you found some way to jam a ream of paper into the slot, you definitely couldn't get it out very easily, let alone a single sheet.

I love that this is not a flimsy plastic paper organizer, but is a one-piece, very sturdy metal 6-shelf rack. It requires no assembly, and comes packaged in a very sturdy double thickness cardboard box, so no dents or damage in shipping. There are four little stick-on foam pieces, to put on the bottom, to protect your desk from scratches. Each shelf holds a ream of letter sized paper, with no bowing, or collapsing, and I have two reams of letterhead on the top shelf with no problem. So pleased with these, I bought two, so I am completely organized (almost!).

Overall this is a great product. It is sturdy and not flimsy like the plastic ones. To much paper work causes the plastic holders to sag and break. It would be nice if it came with labels to organize the shelving in the front of it. It comes with rubber pieces to secure on the bottom of the shelf so it does not scratch the counter surface which is nice.

This organizer is sturdy, well-packaged, and organizes paper well. I bought the six-tier one for organizing different printer paper and have already found it to be the perfect organizer! There is enough room on the side to label, but you cannot label in the front. The shelves are big enough to accommodate close to a package of paper each. I love this organizer!

Arrived with a casting defect. One corner was done in a wrong way. Maybe a machine malfunction or human error.
