Great swing.

Perfect size for the younger ones. They love it. Easy to assemble but be careful with the J-bolts.

Horrible quality control
The box arrived destroyed. Pieces were missing. Parts were miss labeled. Hardware was packaged wrong. There is no reason for these issues. Quality control would have fixed all of this. Move on to a different product

Instructions and illustrations are lacking
Not my first time building a swing-set or for that matter, Ikea furniture :P The instructions are not very helpful and the illustrations look like they got a 10 year old to draw them up. Do yourself a favor and have your own tools. Most tools provided for any build are not the best and will get you by...after much frustrations. The support pole that goes across the top end of the slide does not clip in for me. Not sure why I am having a hard time snapping it into the plastic slide. The pole seems to thick. Will probably leave the slide off until I figure out the problem. It's an ok swing set, but just be prepared to really review the instructions to see what they want you to do ;)

Missing parts and unable to contact anyone
Love the swing, slid, all of it EXCEPT its missing parts to put the slider together and I'm unable to contact ANYONE to get my replacement missing pieces Totally unacceptable.

The item was delivered with missing pieces, I contacted the seller who had the missing pieces delivered in less than a week. The customer service exceeded my expectations. My grandkids love the swing set.

missing a lot of pieces
The swing set has many missing and damaged parts. We were only able to install the swings so far. We are missing 2 N6 J-bolts to complete the glider, we are missing A8 (bottom section of leg to the main frame), and the X3 Slide leg tube is smashed and won't connect.

Easy to assemble and just the right size
My son in law assembled this alone in just about an hour and my grand babies love it.
