I really like everything about this product. Most importantly I find it effective. It helps with problems I wasn’t even expecting it to — if I take it at the onset of a headache, it stops the headache. If I take it after the headache has been going on for a while it significantly reduces it or stops it entirely. It curbs my POTS symptoms by eliminating my dizziness upon standing, my dehydration, and helps greatly with my heat intolerance. Heat intolerance is a major symptom for me, so these don’t eliminate it entirely, which seems fair. I don’t mind the taste at all. I mix them with as little water as possible (maybe 6 ounces?) to dissolve the powder then just chug it. It dissolves very easily and all the flavors are good. I recommend this brand and product to everyone, not just those with POTS or other conditions that need electrolytes.

As an Aesthetician, my days can get so busy that I don’t always have time to stay on top of my water intake. My least favorite was the strawberry salt.I really loved the orange salt for everydayNote: I did see a comment on Instagram mentioning that this product may contain an ingredient not listed on the label — something added to help the product last longer, but it may not be ideal for people with diabetes, because it can spark your sugar levels.Just something to keep in mind if that applies to you.

Update: the seller reached out and made this right.Just got these, the watermelon tasted good, but within 30 minutes my ears were ringing intensely. My tonsils swelled up over the next few hours pretty badly and this morning I have a monster headache. Food items aren’t eligible for a return which I understand and think is reasonable, but I’m out $24 bucks just to try one so it’s 2 stars for me. Maybe this will work for you, I don’t know, but it didn’t for me.

Great taste and no aftertaste. I love this variety pack, and hoping they add the new lemonade to it soon. It's a little pricey but I like having it on hand. I work outside and need to rehydrate. I don't have extra storage room for lots of bottled drinks so thepackets are perfect. The Raspberry and Watermelon are my favs in this set.
